The woman at the front is nice but that’s all I would say that’s positive. The hours are short compared to other places and they raised my rent several times over the few years I was with them. So happy to be out of there.

I had to be the first to review here in case people didnt know about this place. So. I am moving in officially with my boyfriend and need a place to store my things. There is no room in his roomates condo for it and we are looking for a house so hope to not be renting this time next year. Either way, I didnt want to bring my things there since we are sharing a room and it is a condo he doesnt own. I researched some storage places around Boston and after being pretty underwhelmed by it all I decided to just do a walk in at Planet Storage which I probably drive by about 4 times a week on the way to the gym. The woman in side greeted me with such a smile it made me feel better about embarking on a line of questioning about storage units that have not yet entered my mind until I walked through that door. Which size is best for me? How is accessibility? Can I come and go as I please? How will I get my things up those stairs? She went through each and every question with me and really made me feel at ease. I let her know I could not store my things until later next week and she said she would put my unit on hold until I needed it. The units are more than reasonably priced and the customer service is phenomenal. I wish I got this womans name but I forgot. She needs a raise pronto. She walked me around to view multiple units to find the size I needed to make sure I wasnt paying for more than I needed and adversely I wouldnt end up not being able to fit all my belongings either.
