TERRIBLE. My dog and I were locked out with no phone (I know, not smart), and the guy who showed up totally took advantage of the situation to charge me $ 189 to open the door, which took all of 3 seconds. DON’T EVER CALL THEM.

SCAM!!! This group is part of a nationwide locksmith scam that uses fake local addresses to lure custmomers into thinking they’re dealing with a local locksmith when in fact it’s a national scam. The locksmith shows up in an unmarked van, claims he can’t pick your lock and drills yours out, replaces it, then charges you $ 200 just to show up plus scams you on the price of a cheap lock and then demands cash payment only. They won’t give you any business information names, etc. DON’T GET SCAMMED
