After months of complaints 3 service visits by Terminix and local pest control providers I finally found this company. These guys did my whole building all 3 units. Very professional and tenants felt that the job was well done. I expect that I will not have issues going forward will re-​post if there are any changes.

I just recommended these guys to a friend and figured I should write about them here too. They are AMAZING. They fixed our mice problem in one visit — and then when i thought that maybe I had seen another mouse (weeks later) they came back for free and double-​checked their work.

they have made good on their promise to come back if i find any more mice, and they have, without any hesitation, come back, even after I messed up the mouse-​proofing myself… fantastic service, love these guys.

We saw a couple little mice in our new, first floor condo– after seeing one extrememly fast mouse run by in the living room while watching TV, I knew I needed to take action. We bought traps, but no luck. I googled how to get rid of mice– and thankfully I found Master Miceproofing!
Oh my goodness– it totally worked. They came 2 weeks ago and we have had no mice sightings (or evidence of mice) since. They spent nearly 5 hours mouse proofing our condo and it really worked.
Way worth the money!

I just wanted to update that the house is mice free since there service for a half an year already.
After their work in January on our house, they visited us twice to collect the gluetraps and snaptraps which caught mice in February and March.(this was what they expected and explained us in advance, so we weren’t surprised) They were supposed to charge us $ 40 – 45 each time, but they gave the first visit for free :-) and charged only second time.
We still have empty mice traps in the basement, in case the mice invade the house. Since March till present, for past 4 months, no mice got caught in the traps, and of course there has been no mice attack into the house. Very happy with it. Our landlady only bought 3-​month insurance, but we are still doing very well since their service for us.
