A huge upgrade from the old ProShop if you’re a Boston fan or Boston resident. The old one used to be a very small, very tight shop in the North Station commuter rail terminal(I still sort of miss it). The new location may be hard to find for some — it is located upstairs on the 2nd floor. You can take the elevators up then take a left when you get off or take the open escalators(on the side that the bar restaurant is on). Parking can be difficult around the area, but it is obviously train accessible(being at a commuter rail and MBTA stop). It is pretty large and packed with Bruins and Celtics gear(sometimes one or two Patriots or Red Sox items). You can find all sorts of clothing, jerseys, toys, a wall of hats and caps, accessories and a variety of memorabilia. I think it’s a pretty good collection. They also have areas sectioned off for ladies and children(less variety but still available). Prices are pretty up there, but that’s what you expect from any official ProShop or team store. They do have a small sale rack, but nothing like they used to in the small shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can always find what I need — whether I am browsing or in a rush. The only thing I think they can work on is their online store, but I think the best part is going in and being able to see and try on what you’re buying anyways.

bad bad service with 2 girl at the counter gossiping at the counter the whole time I was there. It was a small cluttered mess and might be the worst Pro sports team official pro shops I have ever seen. The price however are market price which is good but, wow what an OCD person’s nightmare in organization. I would hate to see this place on a game day.

This is the first and only time I’ve ever felt the need to review any place. I ordered a custom jersey back in early December and was told it would take 3 – 4 weeks. Well my first complaint was that the jersey was completed in the time frame, however, for some reason they didn’t charge for shipping initially and didn’t save my phone number so they had no way of letting me know it was ready to ship. When I finally called looking for it, they told me the story and put it in the mail. The jersey I received was awful. The lettering on the back was completely crooked and looked like a knock off. I got on the phone and the shop apologized and said if I sent it back, they would replace it. A month later, I was told my new jersey was in the mail. This time, individual letters were crooked, and one of the letters was a different color(gold vs. yellow). After playing phone tag with the shop yet again, I’m told my only options are to return the jersey for another one(third time’s a charm?) or get my money back. I have multiple jerseys from the shop and none are even close to this bad. I even went as far as calling friends and looking at their similar jerseys from the last 2 – 3 years, and none compare to the ones that I was sent. For this kind of money, I find it to be a joke. I was nothing but patient with everyone there who tried to help me, assuming that it was because of the holidays that my initial jersey was messed up, but after 3 months and 2 botched jerseys, needless to say, I won’t be spending my money at the the pro shop any more.

The only reason I buy stuff here is if I get compelled for something new before heading up for a Bruins game. The prices are very high. It can get extremely crowded before games, but the staff is usually happy to help with whatever you’re looking for.

Very very pricey. However, they have things here that are exclusive to the shop and you wont find them elsewhere, so get em when you see em cause they might not be there the next time. It does get preeeettty packed here before a game so try going early on a Saturday or on a non-game day. They have strange hours here too, so youll never know if they’ll be open or not it seems. GO B“S!

I love the Bruins. More than that I LOVE hockey. Blame all that French-Canadian blood in my veins(but fear not, I hate the Canadiens as much as the next Bostonian). You come to expect the pricing that comes with the Pro Shops, but for authentic gear, it’s rather worth it. I’m knocking off a star for the crowds. I hate crowds. Being that I love hockey, I came in the other day to make sure I was asking my parents for the correct jersey size for Christmas. You see, I asked for a Milan Lucic jersey this year and I want it to fit me despite the fact that they are all designed to be worn by the menfolk. Of course, my parents response was, «What the hell is a Milan Lucic and why do you want him for Christmas?» The day the Pro Shop actually is willing to sell me Milan Lucic I will gladly give it beyond five stars.

I’ve always had good luck at the Pro Shop. All the licensed products are expensive everywhere, so that isn’t a shock. If you’re a Bruins or Celtics fan it more than likely has what you’re looking for. I don’t recall the help here being rude, I think that bad review just caught them on a bad day. It’s always a mob scene in here on a game day, so your best bet is to swing by on a day when the B’s or C’s aren’t at the Garden.

Went here looking for a 2008NBA champeens commemorative poster that was on my sister’s list that I was then going to get framed. Very slim pickins in this department — Paul Pierce, Yao Ming, Zdeno Chara, couple out-of-market NHL stars — random. Not much left in terms of Championship items. They had some nice 8″ x 10″ photo prints, and a framed autographed picture that cost $ 1600. Feast or famine! It is pricey, but what do you expect? It also depends on the item. No matter where you shop, if you want authentic jerseys, you’re gonna pay. However, for virtually everything else, it’s about the same prices as a mall or strip mall store. There are good deals on sale items. A few years ago, I got a throwback St. Louis Blues jersey here for $ 35, but it looks like they’re focused now mostly on the Celts and Bruins gear. I am going to split the difference between Jessica and Jeff and give the Bruins Pro Shop 3 stars. Jeff, she’s got a legit gripe, dude — fine print or not. Also, you bash the education system in this country, but don’t know how to use a comma. Soooo, yeah.

I totally disagree with Jessica. Maybe you guys should read the Fine print on the receipt and the store policy before you purchase!!! Most stores have a 14 day –30 day return policy!!! btw, especially without the receipt. The problem is the education system in this country is so bad most people can’t read!!! The Pro Shop is a good experience for the average sports fan, especially for people who like the Bruins, Celtics, etc. It has lots of cool stuff and I would highly recommend the store. I have been in a number of times and never experienced(jerks) as Jessica calls them. The employees have always been helpful and friendly. So please give it a shot, you’ll find the pro shop to be an inviting place. Take it from someone who works at the Garden! its a cool place. Cool as Ice!!! Please people those of you who like the prop shop please rate it high here. Jessica obviously didnt read the fine print or use common sense to realize that most stores have a return policy of 14 – 30 days. it depends on the store. Please dont let one review from someone who doesnt bother to read the print deter you from coming to the pro shop You’ll find out that its not as bad as she says it is.

ZERO stars for you, evil store! Yes, this is the official store of the Fleet Center, so I guess they think they have a right to be ridiculously overpriced, as you’ll find that in any sports stadium. But, how about trying to be friendly? How about some customer service? My dad bought me and the boy Celtics shirts right after the championship(go Celts!). The boy’s was waaaayyyyy too big, and we happened to be in town. So, we traipsed over here to exchange it, receipt in hand. Well, first off, the store was closed for inventory so they only had a small kiosk in North Station. I handed over the receipt and explained the situation to the clerk. He stated that they no longer had that shirt because it was a special one for the Championship, so it couldn’t be exchanged. I said that was fine – we would do what any other store does for an exchange and pick something else out and, if the second item is more expensive, just pay the difference. He stated that was impossible because they have a 14 day return policy and the 14 days was up YESTERDAY. I explained that we just flew in from out of town and came here immediately and couldn’t he make an exception. Nope, none. And, no new shirts to even purchase because their stupid store was closed. I’ll get my shirts online from someone else, jerks.
