I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with the slice I got. Normally I just grab something at mcdonalds for lunch but I decided on something different today and came by Reginas for a slice. I ordered a slice of whatever it was I chose and they take the slice and heat it up for you in the oven. I chose not to do that since I wasn’t planning on eating it for another 4 or so hours since I was getting it early so I didn’t have to come back for the lunch rush and wait in line. I say this because four hours later after I took it out of the work fridge and heated it up. it still had a nice consistency and the crust was superb. I would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that at 4.50 $ a slice(tax included), it’s very expensive but the slice itself is quite large but still. a little expensive.

I don’t get it. Average at best but for some reason everybody up here raves about this pizza. I know you can’t please everybody, I guess I’m one of them. I think Nunizo’s is much better.

After a long bus ride up to Boston from NYC, we decided to get some fuel before taking the train all the way to Brookline. I’m not sure what’s going on with all these low reviews, but as an LA-native who loves NY-style pizza, I loved Regina’s. A slice was about $ 4 and it was expensive, but it was seriously one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Thin, chewy on top, yet crispy on the bottom — perfection! Maybe it’s because I’ve been neglected for the majority of my life since all pizzas in LA are ~fancy~ artisanal pizzas that are tasty, but just don’t hit the spot the way a NYC-style slice can. Service left a lot to be desired. There were two unfriendly staff members and they barely spoke two words to me. I don’t mind anyway, since the pizza was so good!

Nothing really new to add here about this South Station location, except for a higher than average three star rating. I’m guilty of paying $ 4.44/slice; it just hits the spot right before my two hour bus ride back to Portland once a week. The slices are HUGE and BETTERTHANAVERAGE. Workers are friendly about 25% of the time and completely ambivalent the other 75% — probably because they work in a train station pizza joint. Maybe I should start bringing a $ 3 frozen Tony’s pizza to work and heating that up before I head home?

Food: 2.5 Service: 4 Price: 1 I was starving and instead of getting the typical Panda Express-like Chinese food in the food court, I decided to try pizza. Overpriced and not fresh. $ 9 for 2 thin slices and dough was tough. The only 2 pro’s about this place is the decent customer service and my happy stomach. Would I go here again? Mehh. Probably not.

great italian pizza. the sauce is slightly sweet, toppings are fresh, and the dough is light, chewy, and crispy. we ordered the giambotta and the spinaci, broccoli e pomodoro, and enjoyed both. the giambotta came with sausage, salami, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and peppers, and the second one had broccoli, spinach, and tomatoes. i really liked how both pizzas were well topped, but were well balanced with the amount of cheese and sauce and managed to feel light. the base crust supported the weight, and didn’t get too soggy. i don’t normally eat much of the crust, but this one was very good and i finished 2 small pieces of the vegetarian and 1 large piece of the giambotta completely. they are a bit pricey, but at least they taste very good!

Overpriced. This is for the location inside South Station. Ridiculous prices. Their pizza is good, but it’s not $ 4 a slice good. Especially since they barely re-heat it every time. This place is for the tourists.

Decent selection, but the prices are ridiculous. You want two slices and change(the metal kind) back from a $ 10? This is your place! And the quality isn’t worth the price. I would put it one tier higher than Papa Ginos, but not on par with some of the quality pizza you can get around the North End or from your local stop. It doesn’t even taste like it came from the north end.
