Tried on 4 different occasions to order online through Foodler here. Every single order was just ignored and never delivered. On 3 of those occasions I was contacted by Foodler to say the restaurant wasn’t responding. I tried once more out of stupidity apparently and after 2 hours no food. I called and was hung up on repeatedly by the attendant and after that my calls went to a voicemail that is full. No explanation as to why they accept online orders and never deliver. No apology for the inconvenience caused, no attempt to fix the problem. I tried calling back until someone would at least tell me «no, your food is not going» but no one wants to answer me. If you don’t want online business for delivery, or my location is out of your range, it is your responsibility to address the issue and not cause confusion for you clients. I would much prefer to be told that it wont happen rather than be repeatedly hung up on and followed my my calls being ignored. Customer service = 0 Food = Can’t tell since they never delivered. Such a shame since their menu looks great and I have been looking forward to trying it.

I have been working around the corner from this place for the last 9 months, and I am so upset that it took so long to stop in. I was craving a quick comforty snack, and went in for a pupusa. After ordering and paying, I wish that I was hungry enough to order 10 more things, because everything on the menu looked awesome. Nothing but good things to say. The pupusa was delicious, the woman behind the counter was SO friendly, and the prices seem great. Just found my new go-to for hungry days at work.
