We signed up for autofill service and never received any oil past the initial delivery. We ran out of oil and had no heat on the coldest day/night of winter. Upon contacting SmartClick we were told to go out and obtain 10 gallons of emergency fuel. This is my first furnace, and I learned later that it’s well known that just adding fuel to a dry system is not going to get the system to restart. The pump requires priming service, which we also had to take care of ourselves. Needless to say we’ve canceled the service and will not be returning to Smart Click.
