Spa Day

Had my first facial here and I loved it! I bought a membership even before I had a facial here because it’s not everyday you see a spa membership at such a great price. I bought the membership not knowing what to expect but loved the concept of an organic facial as I’m trying to be better about what I put on my skin. I booked with Barbara and today had my facial with her. She was so kind and thorough. I had more of a mild facial because I am using a product with glycolic acid and because I couldn’t remember the percentage, she wanted to be extra careful. I also liked that she wasn’t much of a talker, some people like that but when I’m at a spa I just want to relax and not really talk. I enjoyed every minute and plan to get a facial every other month. I hope to get a massage next month and plan to update my review to review the massage. But for the facials it was great!

The people in there are very nice however within an hour my gel manicure was chipping and peeling. I’ve never experienced this at any other salon. Not sure what polish they are using but it not worth $ 45

I loved it! I walked in at around 6pm on a Wed to waste time. The front desk girl was very polite and informative. She explained the services and the options that Spa Day offers. I decided to get the monthly membership of $ 69.00 a month. This membership entitles you to one 60 min service per month. THIS IS THE BEST DEAL because you can get a facial that would cost $ 114 for half the price! After I signed up for the membership I went home and the next day I accessed their online portal and made an appointment for that same day for my 60 min service. I chose to get a custom facial with extraction.
I booked it with Lisa Zhu, she was so polite and great at her job. I arrived 10 min early to fill out the intake form and I was offered water but the front desk girl forgot to give it to me about 3 times but that is fine because I was eventually given the yummiest spa water I think it was cucumber melon water. After Lisa took me into the room I was given a towel and asked to strip down. She helped me take off my necklace.
Then the most relaxing hour of my life began. And face was so soft afterward. She cleaned my pores by hand and this avoids any scarring. Spa Day also only uses organic products and they are a paperless company so they are definitely worth the visit.
I am going again and taking my boyfriend to get his pores cleaned

Received a mailer and looked on their website for hours (not listed), then called. Poor phone skills, and not receptive to feedback (suggested listing hours on site).
Open to 9 on weekdays. When I arrived at 6 there appeared to be one client and one manicurist, and no open appointments for the rest of the day. Receptionist wasn’t rude, but certainly not warm or friendly. Did offer to book a different day.
Salon looked pretty, clean and nicely pulled together. Selection of Spa Rituals polish.
