The workers are nice, however the manager was not. I like my ice-​cream with sprinkles, not sprinkled with passive aggression. Decent flavors but still, when it costs this much, service is a big concern.

Literally the best ice cream I’ve had in years. Just as good, if not better, than Cold Stone. Yes, some may say it’s a little over-​priced, and usually I would agree, but you get what you pay for.

Ice Cream was delicious! My family loves to visit here whenever we’re in Boston. Easy location and fun place to grab an ice cream when you’re looking to fill that sweet tooth. Our favorites include totally turtle-​a vanilla, caramel, chocolate and cashew masterpiece! Also the green monster-​a mint Oreo slice of heaven and our kids of course love cookie dough! Nice stop when you’re looking to cap off dinner in the city.

Waited in line sunday but worth the wait. Had good time at celts even though lost. Went to grab ice creams got the peanut butter Oreo with pb cups on top was awesome. My buddy got a frappé was made right, not too thin. Nice day walked around little bit, listened to live music while scoffed down ice cream in the center of building.

I really like this place. The employees are extremely nice and there are plenty of options! This place is especially generous with their scoops, which was very surprising! It may be a little pricey but it’s understandable, it’s Faneuil Hall.

I had a great experience at Sprinkles. The ice cream is delicious– big portions and the homemade hot fudge is the best I have ever had. It was a very clean shop and the server was very nice. My family loved every bite!

Yes, it is a little pricey, but I was pretty satisfied with my giant ice cream cone!
I had more than enough ice cream in a small cone and while the green monster was nothing more than mint ice cream with fudge and chocolate cookie, I thoroughly enjoyed each and every bite.
I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again, but I’ll probably opt for the kids cone instead.

I’ve only been here once, but I ordered the death by chocolate flavor on a large cone. Aside from the expensive price tag ($ 7.50, ouch!), it was insanely delicious.

The chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirl was good but was already a bit melty so I barely made it a block with my 1 scoop kid’s size ice cream before it had melted all over both hands.

I acknowledge that Fanueil Hall rent has to be sky-​high. I acknowledge my soft serve cone with sprinkles was pretty good; my wife ordered the same thing and enjoyed it. But when I forked over $ 14 for the pair I was more than a little surprised. I will save my money next time I walk past, but if you are in the mood to drop a lot of cash on ice cream this is your spot.

There’s no rhyme or reason to the lines there — it’s a little ridiculous. I know it’s a zoo in there, but come on! Every other shop has a line system, why doesn’t Sprinkles?
Ordered the chocolate chip ice cream with a cone. The cone was great, but I was horrified that the lady who HANDLED THE MONEY also handled the ice cream cone. And no, she did not wear gloves. A little gross if you ask me. At least grab the cone with a paper napkin or something!
The price was outrageous too. I paid about 6 bucks for 1 scoop of ice cream. Ridiculous.
