Quick turn around, good quality and great costumer service! I used Staples online copy & print service to have something printed and spiral bound, I had the order sent to this location and promptly, before my pick up request date, they had my order ready! When I got there I realized I hadn’t filled out the online order correctly and my document was only stapled, this was no problem as the helpful staff offered to have my document bound right then and there. I highly recommend this staples location.

After shopping prices around for places to print my master’s thesis, I settled on Staples because of its proximity to my apartment and its relatively lower prices in comparison to other stores. And even then, I had already accepted the fact that I would be paying an exorbitant amount for my print order and didn’t think much of it after clicking submit.
The day I was due to pick up my order I received a call from a representative from the Staples print center telling me they noticed that I only needed a few pages of my report color-​printed, so they could cancel my online order and place a new one that would be much, much cheaper than the original price. As a person who lives by the mantra of ballin’ on a budget, I jumped at the chance at the lower price. Not only that, but the change didn’t affect the scheduled pick-​up time, with my order being ready within the same day! Plus, my prints turned out exactly how I imagined them as, so no complaints from me on that front.
It would have been easy for the representative to shrug and take my money after seeing my order, but by calling me and notifying me of this other service that saved me a ton of money, Staples has proven that their customer service is top notch.

Had a great experience working with the copy staff. They were on-​point and very attentive in helping us rebind two textbooks.
Jahi Cudjoe was the staff member we worked with — he spent more than ten minutes explaining to us the different options we had, and even corrected the order before it went out. Highly recommended.

I didn’t know this Staples store had a UPS and USPS mailing service and to my delight, that is a huge convenience and plus for me considering how the local, typical post office usually has horrible customer service. However, here, it is clean and well organized and the worker was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will be coming here more often now!

Easiest computer return of my life. I didn’t have to play 20 questions and be interrogated. I asked to return an item and they gave me my money back. It was quick and painless.
I was a bit disappointed that I could not find any 11.6 inch cases for my laptop though.

I had to return 3 things to Amazon, so I went to this staples’ UPS center. The folks here were so helpful! They let me borrow their tape, scissors, helped me find the perfect boxes, etc.
I always get nervous with returning things that I might mess something up, but they took all of the worry out for me.
Exceptionally patient, kind, and friendly. Will continue to come here for all of my shipping needs!

This is my first time using the online service for printing a document, and it is amazing. I made the order this morning to pick it up at 4:00 pm. It was ready when I arrived, and the workers were very friendly. The online service is very easy to use and it has many options too such as: binding, cover, and many many others. 1 star for so many reasons.
— they are constantly messing up print orders placed on line
— they are very slow… They need to hire more Experienced staff that are not consistently binding things incorrectly, printing incorrectly, making a line pile up out the door…
It’s actually absurd…
I’m so disappointed I think I’ve at least spent $ 500+ on printing lectures hoping the next time they will do it correctly… But I think today marks the final straw…

No help, weird layout, prices blown so far out of proportion it doesn’t even make sense. A USB hub for $ 25? Can’t I get one of those on eBay for a buck?
Had to beg for help locating items in the store, and none of the employees could help.

The Copy center was extremely helpful with printing marketing materials for a trade show and then packing and shipping everything.

Took 11 days to get one line changed on my business cards… AND they had to send it to a store further away from me to have it finished… worst customer service I’ve ever seen for a simple copy and print service. Stay away! Go to staples in Allston if possible, took em 6 hours to finish them and send a courier to drop them off at my house… the expectation!

Wanted a simple address book. Not a planner or anything special (nothing special offered anyway). A plain and basic paperback planner was $ 20.00! I don’t mind paying up to $ 10 seeing there’s not a huge demand for them anymore, but I refuse being robbed. Staff isn’t knowledgeable when you find them — I had to find a few other items playing Sherlock Holmes.

Terrible customer service on orders places online for stor pickup — no one at customer service, had to ask the manager who asked another employee to help me. He asked my name and walked away without indicating if I should go with him. When he returned he haver the item and walked away. This despite the order pick sheet staying he should «walk the customer to the register and check them out.»

Employees at this location are very attentive and extremely friendly. Was pleasantly delighted.

Nothing groundbreaking to add — the inventory’s more or less the same as every other branch and will take care of any office supply needs. 4 stars though for having a demo station for Papermate InkJoy pens… didn’t think there was a pen out there that could write even smoother and more consistent than my Jetstream RT’s. Yay for awesome pens!

A very standard Staples by fenway, and a stand-​by for those last minute office supplies I have to grab from time to time. There Copy, Print and Ship center was quick and helpful (an employee even set me up on the computer as he was leaving for the day, so not even clocked in).
The prices for electronics are VERY hit or miss, and sadly mostly miss, but where else are you going to get toner cartridges, mail a package AND play with a tablet on your lunch break.

If you go here during the first week of the semester then you deserve a hellish experience. I also don’t recommend during finals times; no one really wants a run in with a college kid on too much Red Bull stressing about the fact that there’s only 12 available highlighter colors.
After that, it should be noted that I have to take exams for my career that coincide with finals schedules. I have taken many stressed out trips to this Staples at the height of these times with 10 minutes to close. Staff is always friendly and competent; place is always clean and well stocked; location is convenient and holds decent hours. I don’t know what else I could ask for in a chain office supply store…

That was easy.
So, why would I buy a computer and printer at staples? Convenience my friend, convenience. Seeing that I need to have a printer shipped to CT and staples offers free delivery, it was an almost no brainer. The selection and prices were extremely reasonable. Could I have gotten it a little bit cheaper elsewhere? Perhaps, sure. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. A great shopping experience.
Plus if you buy a computer and printer and the same time you can use a coupon and save money. Bonus.
