Every morning. Yep I’m in the joint it’s in out and on with your life. *considering the amount of foot traffic your in and out in NO time. Love me the Starbucks.

This is a small starbucks at a prime location in the Theater District in Boston. Seating is limited. They have a circular bench and a few chairs and tiny tables around. With that said, the staff is friendly and the wait time depends on how long the line is. When I came, I waited about 5 – 10 min for my drink which is reasonable. They have most of their pastries in stock as well around 3pm Tues. Overall, this is a nice starbucks for a quick drink but not to sit down with a computer.

Nice interior, great location and view. Not enough quality seats. had to ask around for chairs. It would be awesome if it had a second floor, with additional seating and view of the park!

Small buckies. Very little space for seating but great to grab and go. Quick and convenient. I like this location to get coffee and head off to another destination. The quality and availability of the coffee and flavors is just as good as any other location. There is minimal, tight seating at this location. I would not recommend as a place to sit and study.

Hey old neighbor! Miss you, lol. The barista here has always made me the best tasting Caramel Macchiato ever. Thanks dude, now I’m addicted, lol. Keep it up, I guess that’s how they keep there customers from coming back Jaja!

Great SBucks– staff is friendly and know my drink after being a customer for only 2 months. The only thing is that in the morning– especially for the pre-work crowd– they need to have more people working. This morning there were only 2 people working on the register… no barista. Not what I expect when I walk into a starbucks. Afternoons are great and generally have 1 – 2 baristas working, management should do that in the morning :)

Small and cozy, this is a unique Starbucks. The layout is tight, but that is Beacon Hill, not the fault of Starbucks. The servers a nice, polite — and generally warmer and nicer than your typical Starbucks. Normally, I think this would amount to a higher review. I am withhold stars because of the lack of a restrooms for patrons. Maybe this has changed, but there has been no restroom when I am there. Yes, I am sure they are not required to have one by law as they are very small. But — this is Starbucks — a multi-billion dollar chain. They can do whatever they like. Please put in a restroom. Thank you.

This place was hoppin! Visiting Boston, I had to have some local Starbucks… what can I say? I’m addicted! This was a really small location and super busy! I was sure that our drinks wouldn’t be right, but was pleasantly surprised. No muss, no fuss, and a happy coffee drinking experience… to go! The only con is that there is really no sitting area here. I mean, I guess it is one of those local chug and go… there seemed to be a lot of Bostonians around(you can tell by the accent… or lack of accent hehehe) and so it wasn’t the place for a tourist like myself. I can’t complain though. While I do like to sit and sip, I prefer a happy barista and a good cup of my favorite blend any day!

People are friendly enough. Took my app payment with no problem. It’s kinda small, but a nice familiar place if you are on the road. My issue is about the brew of Pike’s place. I get this in so many different locations around the country, that I can actually tell when it’s not quite right. Here, my Pike was just too bitter. Even though it’s a strong brand, it’s not normally that way. Tweak that, and I’d give it my rubber stamp of approval.

Never thought I’d be writing a review for a Starbucks, but here I am. I have to say that I’ve been to my fair share of Starbucks and they all generally have a similar atmosphere. The one further down Charles Street, across from the Common, the much larger and has plenty of room to sit. That’s a coffee shop to linger in. This Starbucks is one where you get your coffee and go. But that’s what I like about it. It’s very tiny and sometimes the line will go out the door during busy times. But the staff has always been nice, quick, and friendly, which is something I appreciate. I’ve never had a problem with my order(not that I should since it’s hard to mess up an iced coffee with a pump of vanilla) and am always in and out. That’s what I’m looking for in a coffee shop — someone to get down to business and give me my morning coffee ASAP!

Long lines, but good service. I can never get out of here in less than 8 minutes, but it’s always crowded when I go. To their credit, they are definitely good about taking your bar order when you are still in line so your drink can get started. It’s just a really small store for the number of people who go through here. Maybe it’s better on the weekends or in the evening – I always go during the work day.

Great staff here even though it’s a very busy location. No complaints from me. Tough to get seating and at times the bathroom line gets so big, it’s tough to get inside for coffee.

I love the seasonal Christmas blend from Starbucks. I am usually not a big fan of big corporate business, but times like today’s moment is what makes me realize why Starbucks is successful. I ordered a tall Christmas Blend feeling the seasonal spirit today. *cheeky* I ended getting charged for a grande. I skeptically paid for the charge. I was curious and inquired as to why the cost has gone up. The cashier affirmed the cost is consistent to what I ordered; a «grande». I told him that was incorrect because I was holding a «tall». Puzzled, he looked at a fellow barista for consult. She took initiative and apologized profusely for the confusion. She instantly and incessantly handed me a coupon for a complimentary cup. She changed my tall to a grande, sans extra charges. I am so glad that Jen was there to give a great face to the corporate giant. Thank you so much for you help and making my Starbucks experience a good one. Sincerely, Happy Local Customer (re-post)

This Starbucks has none of the corporate feel or faux hipness of any other Starbucks I’ve visited. The staff is genuinely helpful and pleasant; they do not forget you are waiting while carrying on a conversation with a coworker. Also the place has a distinctly neighborhood feel, probably because its so small and has no restrooms — decreasing the appeal for the fanny-pack set that roam Beacon Hill. Also critical — they’ve never screwed up an order for me, never. Might have something to do listening. Great place, no nonsense, high quality staff.

Hi my name is Liana and I am a caffiene addict. I’ve given up diet soda, so my consumption of coffee has doubled. I’ve tried 7⁄11 coffee, au pon pan, dunkin donuts, creepy corner man, etc.(Keep in mind I work by north station so the walk from Charles MGH towards there really has no other options). I’ve been here from 6:30AM to 11AM to 3pm to 7pm and the service has always been friendly, whether I order my regular pike coffee, or test out their new tea lattes, to the occassional hot chocolate. Best part, the staff as never flinched or given me a dirty look when I ask for a refill(I go through 3 – 4 pike’s a day on saturdays during tax season). All questions and requests are always answered with a friendly response no matter how busy the place gets. And as leighann mentioned, you could sit here from dawn to dusk and no one will make you feel weird.

Though there is little to no place in this long, cramped alley way excuse for a store, the people who work here very, very good at their job. I spend less time waiting here than any other Starbucks in the city… even the larger, less bustling locations. On my last visit, the man in front of me ordered something that had six words in it(mine has five – I am mildly ashamed to admit) and the man behind the counter took both orders at once, had them working in seconds and we were out the door in about three minutes. This perfect stranger, with the six-word order, and I commented on how great the service was and how impressed we were with this guy’s memory.

I hate starbucks. That being said, I love the guys who work here. They’re super friendly, very prompt and accomodating. And they remember you. If only the coffee didn’t cost six dollars. You really can’t beat Tazo Passion tea, though. So I’ll give in, and go see my boys with their awesome hair and awesome tats and day-brightening selves.
