Since I last wrote a review, all Starbucks(including this one) have settled on a price for my «Customized Tea.» Cheers all around!

Decent little space. The staff moves quickly like an oiled machine and they are fairly pleasant given the type A clientele of the financial district. There are a reasonable number of chairs and tables. The bathroom, however is dim and grimy, and poorly located right next to the counter where fulfilled orders are delivered.

One of the friendliest and most efficient Starbucks I have ever been in. Because of the location there is a line but barely anywhere actually sitting and eating/drinking there. Mostly everyone gets«to go» so it’s a good spot to work if need be.

I went in there 3 times and I always get scared by this girl who works there. She has FAKEYELLOW lenses. I can never order anything bc her eyes are so scary, not going back for sure She scares customers away Scarrrrryyyy

Pluses. this location is in my bldg and(most) staff are great and very friendly. However… ever since they remodeled this location and redid the line — the service is painfully slow(in an already crazy busy location!) I am absolutely not a fan of the remodel. They also seem to have a great deal of new employees who are just not as friendly as the people who have worked here in the past. And to continue my whine-fest. the new bakery goods are overpriced, pretty to look at, and not worth the caloric intake. The stuff they had before the fancy bakery stuff was much better. I still love this location, will contjnue to spend too much on coffee here, but still think the upgrade is a downgrade.

+3 stars — They are open(for limited hours) on Saturday when I have to work +1 star — the entire staff is friendly and patient with me when I can’t decide +6 stars — I had the best earl grey soy misto of my life here. We are going to ignore how sad my life is when this earns so much love for me. Round down — 10 to 5 Bonus points — they do promotions here frequently. I have two of the iPhone cases that charge on the Starbucks tables and have probably tried just about everything fo’ free.

I ordered a vanilla SOY latte. I see that they are steaming with a container labeled«MILK» — — I say, I ordered it with soy, the barista responds. it’s soy. I taste it. and sure enough it’s milk. I had to get back to work, so no time to make a fuss… but this is a big ISSUE. what if I was allergic to milk??? Anyway, I have about 3 other Starbucks to chose from, never coming back to this one.

Service at most Starbucks locations is pretty good, the service at this location is fantastic. The only things that can make your latte taste even better are when it is made with love and care and delivered with a smile. Geez that was corny. Sorry. The store is clean, the employees are friendly, the drinks are made correctly and quickly. Note that they close pretty early on the weekends.

Starbucks, everything you would expect. The staff is friendly, they are usually fully stocked with lots of goodies. The wait times here can vary greatly because of its location in the financial district.

This is my Starbucks of choice before I head into work. The staff is always in a great mood and service is very smooth and quick, even when the line to order reaches the front door. I will admit that I have had a time or two that my coffee somehow did not make it to the counter and had to have them make me a new one, but they are always courteous about it and each time have given me a gift certificate for a free coffee of my choice on my next visit in. Very sweet of them to do even though I do not expect it, it is much appreciated. The staff will remember their regulars and greet new faces with the same common courtesy, which will make you become a regular yourself in no time! Thanks guys for making my mornings worth the wait and always a great experience!

It seems like Starbucks and organization go hand in hand. You’ve got to give it to them, the regular + express line is good customer service. And this place needs it, it is C-R-O-W-D-E-D! But they’re super friendly, and often have little drink samples at the register. It’s something to keep me caffeinated while I wait for my ginormous latte.

This location is one of my regular spots, and it’s usually spot on. The line is out the door just before 9am on a weekday, but even then you’re in and out of there in about 7 minutes.

The service at this location is amazing. They’ve seriously got the friendliest group of employees I’ve ever encountered. Not only that, but they actually went to the trouble of emailing me on Facebook when I left my wallet in there because I was too busy talking to my friend to pay attention to anything. Beyond that, everything is always made well, and if it isn’t, they fixed it and handed out a coupon for a free drink next time. They also had a coffee party for one of my co-workers once and that was pretty awesome. We got to drink as much coffee as we wanted for like an hour, and they had treats for us!

The baristas(including my «BFF Barista,» Ben) at this Starbucks are the best. They tolerate seeing me, listening to my random quips about nothing, and ever changing drink order at least one to two times per weekday. Even better, they support the Greenway(where I’m working right now) and help out a girl when she maybe forgets to refill her Starbucks card and doesn’t have any form of cash on her(not that I have ever had that happen). Oooooooops. Most importantly, your drink is right EVERY time. I have yet to see a drink sent back, even when the line is out the door and the work day is about to start. I have yet to encounter grouchy service. LOVEIT!

Okay, so I readily acknowledge that Unilocaling about a Starbucks isn’t the usual BUT I have to shout out the caffeine pushers at the International Place location. I’ve been working down in the Financial District for almost two months, with thrice weekly stop-ins at this Starbucks. The barristas(if I’m reviewing the ‘bux, might as well go whole hog with the lingo) are incredibly friendly – I never get my usual anxiety as I struggle to get my Grande Light Iced Non-fat Skinny Vanilla Latte order off my tongue(mhm, and that folks is why I’m still single…). But the Unilocal review inducement came last week, when I had placed my order from the back of the line but, upon reaching the register, realized that my wallet was, uh, back in my cubicle. I sheepishly leaned over to the barrista and asked if i could cancel my order, because I am a dumbass. The barrista just smiled and said«Next time,» while grabbing my cup and filling my order perfectly, as per usual ayaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnd cue *5 stars*.
