I had a horrible experience with StubHub last week.
I bought 2 tickets to a Boston Celtics game from them — a birthday present for my father in law. When we got there, the usher said the tickets had already been used — the bar code on the tickets had already been scanned. I called StubHub and finally got a live human being after 5 – 10 minutes of auto-​response and on-​hold hell. The game was a sellout, there were no other tickets, and the operator could not explain why this happened. The refunded my money plus a $ 50 coupon, but there is obviously a huge vulnerability in their system. Unless I hear from them what happened and how they’re going to fix it, I will not used them again.

I always have had success with Stub Hub. I have never had any problems with them. It may be priced over the original ticket amount, but compared to other sites, you can get a bargain. I always get the instant tickets to print out and never had a problem. I love how there are no hidden fees. The price listed is the total price.

Paid $ 900+ for four $ 40 tickets to see the Book of Mormon a couple of months ago to Stub Hub. When we arrived at the Opera House we were denied admission. The explanation was that Stub Hub later sold the same seats to someone else and without notice refunded the original fee to my credit card. The ticket manager told us that Stub Hub has been guilty of this many times before. We will not go there again!
