I’m confused about the comments left here since I had the completely opposite experience. Rebeka answered right away was very courteous and accommodating. She was professional and her work was amazing.
She is very knowledgeable and very skilled. She gave us advice on how to treat our hair while at home and you can’t beat the prices. Her shop is clean and nice.

I called this lady once too just like the other reviewer and she wasn’t that friendly. I don’t expect people to kiss my butt, and I’m not extremely sensitive. However if I am giving you my hard earned money then it wouldn’t kill you to be pleasant. If I don’t understand and need clarity on a service such as a wash and set or wash and blow dry, well then humble yourself and explain it to me. It’s a shame and it sucks cause I need someone for my natural hair. But I won’t give anybody my money that don’t know the importance of customer service. Sorry dear I won’t be booking.

I’ve called Styllistik on two different occasions. The first time, I was only able to leave a voice mail requesting an appointment. I never received a call back.
I tried them one more time several months later and was able to speak to a receptionist. I requested a last minute appointment and was totally ready to hear that appointments were not available. The receptionist put me on hold and indicated that he would check with the owner. The owner took my call and asked for the services I wanted done. She responded by stating she would need to call me back. I again never received a call back from anyone.
As a small business located in the inner city of Boston, this place needs to do better. Returning a call does not take much effort. I’ve heard great reviews about this place int he past but after these experiences, I’m so turned off. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
