Sunnyside Window Cleaning

Sunnyside washed the windows on my Quincy home in July 2012. They came promptly and did a fabulous 5-​star job for a reasonable price. So this fall I called them back in late October. Steve returned my call promptly and we made a date for the morning of November 14. When they didn’t show by 10 am, I called the 800 number and left a message. At 10:30 am, I called Steve’s cell phone and left a message. Never got a reply. I could understand me or Steve getting the appointment date mixed up, but I don’t understand never returning my call.

Fantastic experience — I would highly recommend! Steve not only called me back right away, but showed up when he said he would and THEN did a fantastic job for a great price.

I had a very positive experience with Steve and Sunnyside Windows. I emailed him asking for a quote (I included a pic of my house, because I figured that would make it easy) and he got back to me the same day. His price was completely reasonable, so I booked an appointment that day.
The day of our appointment was a rainy mess, so I emailed him to reschedule for the next day. He arrived on time (actually 5 minutes early!) and got right to work.
He and his partner were friendly, efficient and professional. I could not be happier with the work that was done. I knew my windows were dirty, but holy cow– they were dirtier than I thought. My windows were cleaned (both inside and out), screens were removed and cleaned and sills were washed. I never could have done as great a job, and I consider this money well spent.
I have already recommended them to a friend and my mother-​in-​law and would not hesitate to recommend them to other friends and use them again myself. 5+ stars for Sunnyside Windows.
