cool stuff at great prices. the staff is friendly and welcoming. i recommend the mens wear, its interesting but not too interesting.

If I can give a rating of negative. I would start with that. Beware of this Scammers!
Here’s how the nightmare start.
I receive 3 items as a gifts from my friends today May 5, 2015. They were bought last April 28, 2015 in an Outlet Store in Merrimack NH. The items are BRAND NEW COLLECTION, they are not retired. To confirm I went online to see if it is current collection, and they are! The Items were not my style so I told my fiancé if he can return it after work, since he is near Prudential Mall. After his work he went there he was greeted by a manager named Daniella, he asked if he can returned all the items. The manager told him that this can not be returned here, since it was bought in an Outlet Store. I have been shopping with Swarovski and this is the first time I heard this, even though she knew this are Current Collection, the Gift Receipt does not even state any rules regarding where you purchased it. My fiancé called to tell me that this person is refusing the return. I then called the customer service hotline, I talked to this woman and explained everything to her. She then offer to call the store in Prudential, I was put on hold and the line was cut off. My fiancé called to tell me that the customer service called the store, but this manager still refused to take the items. So I told my fiancé to go home instead. I once again tried to call customer relation and unfortunately spoke with a rude woman. I told her what happened and ask why the manager still refused to take the items back. She just told me she cannot do anything about it. I told her that this items came from New Hampshire which is 2 hrs. away from us, if that’s the case then I have to drive there which is a huge inconvenience, she blatantly said if you have to then YES. What kind of customer service are this people gave. This is what they called to give a customer satisfying experience? Very rude and not helpful. They just want your money after that your on your own. Never Again I will be buying from this retailer.

Poor management. Staff and Manager are unaware and uneducated in Swarovoski warranty practices that are practiced uniform in other stores in the US. I went in for a one for one exchange because the earring clasp was bent and instead of giving me a one of one exchange, which I have received at other stores the manager was bending my earrings with her hands for me — not the quality service I expected. I’m very disappointed because of their lack of professionalism. I’ve been shopping at Swarovski stores since highschool. Never coming here again.

I am a big fan of this store and I get a lot of compliments on all of their jewelry :) My husband is a ‘fan’ of this store too ;-) well, not so sure but he never knows what to buy me so he knows I love their jewelry and he can never go wrong with it. YAY!!!

While I realize that the crystal is not precious, or even semi-​precious, it is unique jewelry that has great fire to it. Swarovski is ideal for items like cocktail rings because they produce very limited amounts of their specialty styles, and then dont produce them again
I recently got the missus a stunning cocktail ring for about $ 250. I had no intention of buying jewelry here — i came in for a candlestick — but the ring really caught my attention.
Laid back staff, great selection and a a really clean and well designed store make this Swarovski store one of the better i have visited.

If you love Swarovski, you will love this store (located in the Prudential Center). I have bought many items from here (as gifts and for myself).
The sales staff is always very friendly and helpful. Never pushy. They will let you try on earrings if you like and are eager to help in any way. I would definitely recommend this store. Just be forewarned, it’s a little pricey but the items are truly beautiful.

I come here every now and then because a certain group of people I know love to get gifts from this place. I just don’t get it. It’s not real. It’s not much different from glass or glue or whatever. Most of the jewelry isn’t set in a precious metal and all of the «stones» are man made. When you’re wearing it, it all looks like sparkly glass and no one knows that you just spent way too much money on it. Anyway, that’s just my rant about Swarovski jewelry in general.
About this store, the sales persons have always been nice and willing to show me everything I wanted to see. They encourage you to try on the earrings which you watch them sterilize after you take them off. The sales associates aren’t pushy and have always been very honest with me about what I should purchase. They aren’t the type that start getting to know you though. I consider this sort of service to be the minimum in a store that is charging this much for bits of glass though, so 3 stars, not bad, but not impressed.
