Cell phone provider plans are so tricky and confusing now since they got rid of contracts. I came into the store to switch over from another provider. The store is very clean, bright, not very busy, and likely therefore the associates are not rushing you, especially compared to other smaller and/or sometimes busier T-Mobile stores. I was assisted by an associate named Li; he was very patient with answering all my questions and extremely helpful in setting me up with a new plan. Anything he wasn’t sure of the answer, he was sure to find out instead of making something up. I highly recommend this store near South Station if you need face-to-face assistance, as well as the associate who assisted me. I was happy with this visit, and had all my needs met.

This is the best T-Mobile location hands down. I used to go to the Coolidge Corner store, but the lines are always really long and there is such turnover, it’s hit or miss with the employees. With this store, no lines and the staff really knows what they are doing.
I switched from an old non-smartphone to an iPhone. Instead of charging me $ 15for a new SIM card, the nice young lady just cut it for me and popped it into the iPhone. Great service!

Excellent service from Quentin. I helped my mom open an extra line to my phone line. I’m just happy to open a line for my mom at this location. I went to the Newbury Street location and the service there was just terrible. Watertown is not as efficient as this Lincoln Street location.
They try their best to get people in and out. All the staff members do their work. I will open a line for my father later at this same location. Wasted my time going to other places.
You won’t miss this location as it is on the corner. Close to south station and 93 North entrance. Clean and neat space. Maybe it’s best to have a few extra seats for people to wait.
