Tango is tiny inside but they still manage to display women’s clothing and accessories so nicely. It is boutique shopping which for me is to say, I would not shop here if I needed a major overhaul to my wardrobe. Rather, I visit Tango occasionally to browse and to find that occasional piece whether it’s clothing, an accessory or even jewelry. The prices can be on the high side and you have to weigh whether it’s uniqueness off-sets the cost. Sometimes it does. For sure you will not see lots of people in the same clothing like you tend to do when shopping at chain stores like Ann Taylor, et al. One of the fun items they seem to always have on hand are purses made out of actual metal license plates. They are not for me but I totally get how they could be a fun accessory and it would certainly a conversation starter. Tango also frequently has some great hats for sale both winter and summer. In recent years I have recognized the ability of a good hat to be a style enhancer. Chalk it up to all the marveling we do over British women who have never forgotten the allure and interest that good hats and«fascinators» can provide. Nice to have this boutique in the shopping/browsing rotation.

Meh, interesting to browse but the prices are indeed rather off-putting. They have some really unique pieces such as purses shaped out of MA and ME license plates, that would likely make excellent conversation starters. They also have another location over on the waterfront that is similarly high priced a bit directed towards the older crowd. Worth stopping in for a look, but hold on to your wallet!

Interesting clothes in small boutique. bought Icelandic sweater half off-still was $ 93 but it was worth it. have to go in often to see what is on sale-regular stock can be very expensive.

I will admit that I may be a good decade younger than the target audience of this store, but I think it’s pretty neat. They have all sorts of high end clothing, all with a contemporary style, somewhere between funky and sophisticated. They have Markmekko umbrellas, and Pandora jewelery. There are several handmade items in the store, including a gorgeous corset-like hand painted top in sea-toned blues and purples. Prices of most items seem to be around $ 50 – 100, though some are even higher. There were some beautiful beaded bracelets for $ 12, too. This is a cute little shop to browse, or might give you great dress clothes with a bit of unique flair.

This boutique has cute, creative clothes, but the prices here are very high. I did get really cute feminine-patterned tools — hammer, screwdriver, measuring tape — for $ 10 each. They made great gifts!

It is very unique store. I find alot of clothes and accessories that I liked, but the price can range from reasonable to little bit high end. The customer service is great. I just brought a belt there.
