I wouldn’t even give a star of any sort. Toshiba computer has not worked since I got it. Within 3 or 4 months I started having software updates that kept wiping out my ability to connect to the internet. Toshiba tech support said it was not their problem it was Microsoft and I’d have to pay them to fix it. Staples fixed it 3 times without charging me. This time as I had no time to go to Staples and leave it there, I paid the $ 69 to Toshiba to fix it and they completely wiped out my entire computer. 8 months of business work, data, files, financials, presentations wiped out. Toshiba support«not our problem you should have backed it all up». Seriously! Have spent countless hours on the phone this past 8 months with zero help. Now a business destroyed. My kids bought me this laptop as a Christmas gift and its heartbreaking for me to have it be such a bad experience for all of us.

Just called Toshiba for a laptop repair. No help. Laptop is 5 months old. Power plug has moved in to far to receive the plug. Told it’s not covered. Stay away from this company’s products. Company does not stand behind their products.
