Wow! This place was great. Solid customer service, the employees actually seemed to be glad to be there. The food came out fast. They even fixed a mistake that was totally our fault for us.

3 strikes and you’re out… I used to really enjoy the burgers at the north st location, but they couldn’t get the service right, never really impressed with the beacon st location –but it was my «favorite» of the 3 but the kenmore sq location has gotten to my stomach 3 different times. I have a really solid stomach and put enough crap in my body to make anyone sick, but never do. Uburger in kenmore had done it 3 times. The second to last visit was the burger so I figured maybe it was a fluke as it had been quite a while since the first visit when the burger ravaged my stomach. Afterwards, I quickly said next time, let’s be safe and go for the hot chick… Not so safe and the same results(though in their«defense» I did have a 1 bite of a burger). Bye uburger, sadly I am done.

Uburger is my favorite quickie burger place in Boston(COUGH Tasty Burger and Shake Shack don’t live up). The service has always been consistently good, and food comes out FAST(always less than 10 minutes). It’s also not expensive compared to other places around the city, with most burgers with toppings around $ 6. All the burgers are really good; cheeseburger, A+ burger, boom burger, big papi burger… I recommend ordering off the menu instead of building your own because honestly you can’t really go wrong. Skinny fries are always good as well. The atmosphere inside is nothing special, but they do have some outdoor seating and the bathroom was clean, so that’s a plus!

Left the hospital today and was starving. So we decide to stop in here. Yuck, yuck, yuck!!! So I create my simple burger. Checked my bag before I left they only give you 2 ketchups, don’t dare ask for another(strike 1). Drive 2 block to get to digging in and my fries are cold, my burger is raw(strike 2) and then they place your pickles under the patty on top of the bread so my burger was not only raw but soggy(strike 3)!!! Then the other 2 people I was with also didn’t enjoy their food. If you like a good burger try somewhere else. This place is overrated and FUCKING nasty. (and the pickles suck too)

Originally I was supposed to go to Boston Burger Company but it was too packed so I ended up here at UBurger and let me tell you it was the best decision I made! It reminds me of B. Good and even though it’s a fast food place the ambience is very chill. A lot of college students come here. I decided to build my own burger and it was AMAZING. The fries are like a mixture of McDonalds, Wendy’s and Five Guys put together. Nice, thin and crispy! A little pricey but soooooo worth it

Uburger for the win… he shoots… he scores! Having tried several burger spots in the city,(shake shack, tasty burger, ect), I think I’m ready to call it. Uburger is a step above the rest. Had the big papi and it was pure awesome. Cheesy, spicy goodness. The little details do matter. I never knew a bun could take a burger to the next level. The icing on the cake is the fact that the fries are made to order, ensuring fresh fries every time. My burger fix just found a new home

Favorite lunch spot while out and about in the commons or shopping. Great burgers and fries and the shakes are to die for. Staff isn’t very talkative but it’s fast food so I don’t expect much other than a good, fast meal and this is the place for that.

If you are looking for a great, cheap burger or chicken sandwich then look no further. This place is one of the best in Boston in my opinion because the food is not only good but its affordable. For those that have never been, you have the option to either get a burger that was designed by UBurger, or you can build your own burger. I usually get the Grand Slam burger with onion rings on the side which is amazing, but I’ve also had the Big Papi Burger and A+ burger, both of which are also great. Quick side note: The service here has always been on point for me, which is always a great added touch and something that I truly appreciate.

My first Uburger signaled my last burger from the McDonald’s across the street. Good quality and taste, lots of options. Not nearly enough burger places, in my opinion, have items like fried eggs or avocado as an option to top your burger — UBurger knows what’s up though! Restaurant itself is clean and service has been nice when I’ve gone.

Working late on campus on a Sunday night, I decided to give Uburger a try. Having given up my carnivorous ways, I wasn’t sure how I’d like a burger joint without actually ordering a real burger. But I gave it a shot anyways. I decided to try the Boom Burger but subbed a veggie patty in. The burger came with cheddar cheese, jalapeños, spicy chipotle sauce, and tomatoes. The bun was soft and fluffy — kept all the juices trapped inside. The burger definitely have a bite to it between the spicy chipotle and the jalapeños. It was tasty! I ordered a side of fries and gave the Reese’s Frappé a try. The fries were good — not too soggy and not overcooked or dried out. And the Reese’s Frappé? Oh man. Hit the spot. Creamy, sweet, and the perfect balance between chocolate and peanut butter. All in all, a decent burger spot with good fries and great Frappes.

Came on a Thursday night after an evening class. Felt like going for a simple, regular burger so ordered the cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Also ordered fries on the side. The burger itself was whatever in my opinion. Nothing spectacular but not terrible either. I thought it tasted really bland so had to drench my burger with sriracha. I did really like their fries though. It was fresh, crispy, and seasoned very well. If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite, then this is a good place to hit up.

This was my first visit to a Uburger and I was very pleased. The choices and combinations are numerous. I decided to try the All In Burger which is a quarter pound of ground angus beef with lettuce, tomato, jalapeño bacon and a fried egg with mayo and ketchup. I killed the ketchup and mayo and put on the sriracha instead. Capped that off with large fries. Similar to Give Guys you get your order when called and then sit down and eat. The burger was juicy and well seasoned and the egg worked beautifully with the jalapeño Bacon. The fries were outstanding crispy but a little greasy which was on My mind perfect. I would come here again for a well prepared and tasty meal. Hope this chain opens back home.

Really great fast food — clean restaurant, friendly service, and the food is quite good for the price and connivence. what makes this place 5 stars is its grilled chicken. Pretty much put the grilled chicken on a bun and add any toppings and you’re in for a good sandwich. Best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.

I liked it. I went for the build your own burger. I did this because they have Gouda as an option. I never pass up the chance for Gouda on my burger. Burger was cooked right not overdone, bun was fresh as well as the toppings. They have the Coke Freedom machine and that is always a plus. A couple of bucks more than mainstream fast food burgers but worth it.

Decent burgers, though there are better in the area. The fries are just soso. Biggest draw here is the variety you can get(lettuce wrap, chicken, burger, so many toppings). If you do come here, do yourself a favor and get the black and white frappé. Best thing on the menu

I came here at about 930 at night. There were a lot of people in there and they seem to be enjoying their time there. The menu did not have a lot of burgers but each burger was different and good in its own way. They also had frappé’s and a good selection of fountain drinks it is your standard burger shop but their french fries are made in house. I would go back for the sweet potato fries. They were very fluffy and tasty. If you’re in Kenmore Square and want a burger this is a bad option I would come back here again

Very similar burger compared to Shake Shack. The onion rings were fresh tasting and really good. The black and white malt was also very good.

This place is located right in Kenmore Square and is a prime location for college students and tourists visiting Boston. My friend and I went here for a quick bite before a meeting because we knew they offered veggie burgers! We were hoping to sit outside but by the time we got there it was too cold/windy so we just sat inside. It is a good size place and the ambience is definitely a college theme burger joint. They have endless options so it took us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted. Obviously we both got veggie burgers but I tried it with the lettuce wrap opposed to the actual bun that my friend got. I was keeping it simple and just got pickles and tomatoes. I also ordered fries to go with the burger which were pretty decent! All in all, the place is a great for a quick trip. If you are in need a quick bite, come here. The food is mediocre but not too bad.

My girlfriend and I went to Uburger today to check out their grand re-opening – everything was 50% off! I got a Club Chick(opted for grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, mayo, tomato, Swiss cheese, no bacon). I also ordered their new sweet potato fries. My total(with the 50% discount) was 5.08 – unreal! The food was ready in about 5 minutes and I was really impressed with the presentation of the sandwich. They wrap them in individual wrappers that seem to trap the heat. Very nice touch! The small sweet potato fries was more than enough for 1, and possibly could feed 2 people. They were great – thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Very filling! As for the sandwich, the chicken was super tender and juicy(a bit messy on a bun), and the bun was so soft! I could have done without the mayo and I was disappointed to find shredded lettuce when the menu says«lettuce.» While technically not false advertising, I expected romaine lettuce from a burger place. Overall the staff was super quick and helpful. The place is somewhat small, and was pretty crowded for the re-opening. However, it has a very young vibe considering all of the college kids that frequent it. It also has really cool outlets that have USB chargers in case you need to charge your phone. I would definitely check it out again!
