I use for the flyers the reps drop off. Bunch of staplers for $ 3 or a box of copy paper for $ 10 and I will wait the extra day to get them. Where I have an issue is on regular priced office supplies. I just don’t feel the delivery is as consistent as Staples. Prices are similar one just seems to be a little quicker.

I have worked with WB for over 9 months and each month they seemed to get more and more comfortable with my business they continually dropped ball after ball on my orders. Next day arrival orders simply DID NOT show and when I contacted my sales rep (Seth) and his support (Gayle) in the NoVA/​DC area, they COMPLETELY ignored the MULTIPLE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS I made to them. When I first used their services they were as kind as could be and were quick to help with any questions I had. I let a few things slide at the beginning but thought they would like to know if products are coming damaged, not whole, or NOT AT ALL. Once I made a complaint or two, everything went downhill. When I have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact my reps to get an accurate delivery date and time and all they choose to do is ignore me — I will take my $ 2000+ a week I spent there elsewhere.

I love WB Mason! But trust me, they excel at what they do. I often get same day delivery which is just what happened a few minutes ago! The driver even puts my paper boxes by where I store my paper and the kitchen items in our kitchen! The delivery guys are great. Ordering online is easy and our rep and he backup are always responsive.

I know that it is silly to review a paper supplied company, but I love WB Mason. I could order at 5PM on a Thursday and everything I ordered will be waiting for me on Friday morning. Every couple weeks at my small office I ask people what they need, and within reason, WB Mason has it all. (I order some super expensive desk chairs that came within 2 days). Their office supplies are well priced, but some of the break room items are expensive, so I just get those elsewhere.

If you see the signs during New York Yankee games you can tell W.B. Mason supplies some large companies. They can get competitive pricing on crucial items such as toner, paper and general office supplies.
Thier customer service was not as great as expected. The delivery time was usually a day later than other office supply stores since some items were coming from the east coast.
Not the best performance all the time but I would do business with them in the future.
