After being turned away at a competitive local bar despite having made a reservation, we walked in to Warehouse about 10 minutes before the start of the Patriots game. We didn’t think we stood a chance of getting a table. The host happily pointed us to the one empty table still available and asked if that was ok — we were happy to take it! We proceeded to have a great experience, in particular with the close attention we received from our waitress. She checked back every so often with a smile, the host stopped by to check on us several times and to «high-five» us when the Patriots scored. We ordered food and drinks and all were delicious and served with a smile. It was a mixed crowd — some younger 20-somethings, but plenty of 30s and 40s and even some 50s in the crowd. It was a nice mix and a great place to be welcomed and watch a game on a Sunday. Thank you for treating all of your customers with such great care and welcoming!

I could not actually get to eat at this restaurant, but from what I could already tell, the customer service was severely lacking. We had made a reservation on Opentable only to show up and be turned away because we did not have passports to be used as ID. This was not a requirement mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. We had government-issed driver’s licenses, but was still turned away and given no explanation. With that kind of customer service, I would not want to return even if they rolled out the red carpet.

Came here for dinner with a couple of friends for someone’s birthday. The food was very tasty, correct in price and when I put in the reservation I mentioned the birthday and he got a chocolate lava cake on the house, which was really nice! The cocktails were nice as well, the only problem was that I felt our waitress was in a bit of a rush… We had to flag her down a couple of times to get things, and at one point one of my friends wanted to ask something while she was at our table but she was gone before he could even utter a few words… Apart from that, it was a nice place and a good evening.

Warehouse is a great place to go for drinks after work, a gathering for friends, or to grab a quick bite in a fun and lively atmosphere. The environment feels like your in the middle of the city, and has a «cold» feel to it… almost like you are in an actual warehouse. But cold in this situation is a positive thing. The booths are fun and circular, and there are TV’s around if a game is on, but not distracting. I have been here a few times for drinks and always enjoyed the atmosphere, the drinks, and the«after work» crowd. I came here recently for some food after some drinking elsewhere, and wanted several things on the menu. I ended up ordering the sweet potato tatertots and the mac n cheese. The SPTT’s were very flavorful, crisp, and hit the spot. The mac n cheese on the other hand was pretty subpar… and wasn’t what I expected. It had a strong sour taste, as if the cheese went bad or something. The burgers that the boys got however, were good… which is what evens out my rating.

Good beer selection and good food. Had sweet tots and cheeseburger egg rolls, both solid. Wait staff were friendly and accommodating(they switched one TV show a soccer game I wanted to watch.) I have been here a number of times and all have been above par. Would recommend.

Good for a quick drink, but the lack of lighting makes you wonder what they are trying to hide.

The bison burger was good, and the sweet potato tots were good. Their beer menu was pretty long and varied, with Angry Orchard cider on draft. Service was pretty good. Unfortunately it has a lot of tvs, and the music was almost too loud to hear other people at the table.

The waitress staff is impressed with themselves but we weren’t. Had to flag our waitress down anytime we needed something as they all tended to hang out at the hostess stand conversing rather than tending to their customers. Food is run of the mill. Just not impressed.

This review is based on a 20 minute meal so dont take it too serious and i was you i wouldnt go by it but i do like to review every single place i visit. I was seated inmidiatly as i arrived. My waitress was very very nice and even though we didnt mentioned we were in a rushed but the food came out decently fast. we did had to flagged her down for our check becuase she seemed like she was all over the place. My truffle mac & cheese was very good and he wasnt a big fan of his hog wings. the place has a nice layout and set up. i can totally see myself coming back for a couple of cold ones, maybe some appetizers a their outside patio. PARKINGIS A HEADACHE around here but its fairly closed to the T station. And while having dinner a bad was setting up so it seems like they might have some kind of live music on Saturday night or maybe weekends?

Big miss on the music, good if you were in 1998 and the management refused to change it, so we left.

Food is terribly overpriced($ 12 for chips and guacamole?) Not a big fan of the one bar layout for a large space. Outdoor seating seems forced and lacks ambiance. Cover charge must go. Update: Owner responded and is actively working on lowering prices. It was a nice touch. Waitress was cool at my most recent visit. My voice was heard… my review improved.

Came here with some friends as a party of 6 on the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day for lunch. We weren’t really in the mood to «tie one on» as they say and there were definitely a lot of people in the financial district that certainly were while on a bar crawl. Regardless, there was also a Bruins game in Boston, too. So we came here figuring it would be busy, but it wasn’t bad at all. We were quickly seated at one of the high-top tables. Our server came over quickly and the menu was concise enough that it wouldn’t take all day to decide. We ordered the potato chip nachos to begin with our first round of drinks. They came out within a few minutes. Yum! They were a little small for a party of 6 and we probably should have ordered another one. Oh well. At any rate, I had the tuna burger. It was really good. I opted for the fries and I could tell that they really were fresh, as they advertised. It wasn’t your run-of-the-mill bar food type of place. There was plenty of room to move about. There were a lot of TVs so you could watch the game from virtually every corner of the restaurant. The only complaint was that to get to the restrooms, you had to walk in front of a TV directly in front of a table. I definitely felt like a nuisance. Regardless, this is a great place to come for a drink and a bite to eat. The food is good, the drinks are cold, and the service is great! ** So a week later, my friend and I came out on a Saturday night and decided to check out Warehouse as part of our stroll through the financial district. The neighborhood was virtually dead(I guess everyone went too hard too fast the week before?) and yet Warehouse was charging $ 10/cover for a DJ playing«Everybody Dance Now» … eh, I’m gonna pass on that.

If you like bourbon cocktails that kinda taste like Robitussin, then this is your place. I went with a few coworkers after work one day, and we all had very similar(bad) experiences with our drinks. Everyone else I was with had been unimpressed by the drinks and food during an earlier visit. My first drink was pretty bad, and my second drink — which the server recommended as her favorite — was not much better. There are 1,000 other, better, fancier places to get drinks near the Financial District. Try any of those first before coming here.

Standard downtown Boston bar. Decent beer selection with a bartender who thinks she’s waaaaaayyyyyyy better than she is. Didn’t eat here. Okay place to hang for drinks but empty on a Wednesday night. You decide.

No printed options for the teetotaler(temporary or perm) among us, but when I inquired about a mocktail, I was informed that they had sodas, juices, and pureed fruits, and that they could make a strawberry lemonade for me. Sure, let’s do that. Appetizers here are $ 12-$ 14 and are generally portioned for 3 to share, but seemed a bit light for the price. For example, that’s a Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap(crumbled blue cheese, avocado, celery & carrot slaw) for $ 4 apiece. I liked the lobster & steak quesadilla $ 16, and the sweet & smokey bbq chicken tenders $ 12 were fine, but the portions light and the noise levels rather loud.

Great place for some good food and drink if you’re near the financial district after work hours during the week. The crowd: young professionals looking to booze and mingle. The food: I had the mac and cheese sandwich with sweet potato tots and that was awesome. The bread was very well toasted which ended up resulting in the roof of my mouth not being too happy but the flavor of the truffle mac and cheese definitely made up for that. I’ve also been told the salads are great too if you’re into that sort of thing. There were also a number of appetizers that looked awesome to try too(ie potato chip nachos, buffalo chicken lettuce wrap, gator bites) which would be perfect for an after work get together. The price: surprisingly reasonable!

I think this is where the entire downtown Boston area goes for happy hour because I could barely breathe in there! We squeezed our way past a ton of people to a tiny table in the corner. And even then there were people standing around us, and this is a relatively big place. The funny part is by the time we were done with dinner, the place had cleared out so obviously this is the first stop in the downtown bar crawl. The food was upscale bar food and was quite tasty! I loved the gator bites and was surprised to see them in the north! I got a burger and sweet potato fries and was pleased with the flavor and the juiciness. Our chaotic experience was probably the timing of when we went, but there were several groups of at least 30 people in there so there could have been company parties that we barged in on. I’d give it another shot.

‘Whats the special sangria?’ ‘Its white Okay, good, I prefer white, what else is in it? Its a diffetent recipe every week’ * walks away to clean cups* So…you dont know and dont care to look it up? I got it anyway and it tasted like fruit punch with a touch of wine. Sangria=wine, alcohol, fruit, not whatever I got.

I’ve been here three times now so I feel like I’ve got a good feel for this place. This is definitely a good addition to the Financial District neighborhood, but if I didn’t live or work in the area I would not recommend that anyone go out of their way to come here. They do the basics well(service is, but there is nothing that makes this place special. The first time I came I got the Cobb Salad which was very filling(might have been a little heavy on the dressing). It was really tasty. No complaints. The second time I can here was for a full dinner with the wife. I got the crocodile gumbo as an entrée. I was expecting a lot more meat. I felt like I didn’t get enough protein. The gumbo had sausage, a little bit of croc meat, a lot of rice in a gravy like broth. I wouldn’t have it again. My wife had the salmon and was completely satisfied with it. I had some of her salmon as well and it was definitely tasty and well prepared. I would recommend this dish. One of my biggest complaints about this place is the appetizer menu. They don’t have anything less than $ 12… If I’m eating a casual dinner with my wife and want just a little snack, I’m not looking to spend $ 12. I can spend $ 14 and get a whole meal… I would recommend that this restaurant put some more snackable appetizers on the menu in the $ 5 – 8 range. They have a big selection of beer, however I felt their tap selection was a little limited, while they had a crazy selection of canned beers which isn’t really my thang.
