Had the crab & shrimp panini. What I got and what was displayed was completely different. The display had whole shrimp and crab salad. My sandwich only had the salad which was tasteless and definitely did not have any whole shrimp in it. The sandwich was way over priced at $ 13. Avoid!

Ok, I don’t want to completely roast the West End Strollers, but the turkey and brie sandwich was certainly not worth the hefty price of $ 10. Beware, the plastic sample that they have on the counter does not in any way shape or form depict what you are going to receive. The turkey looked like it was shredded, not sliced and it was used very sparingly. Almost as if the maker threw some turkey in the air, opened the roll like a catchers mitt and caught a few random bits. Very small pieces of brie were used which were relatively tasteless. Tomato and lettuce seemed fine. Italian roll was fine. I would not go back to West End Strollers. I would not recommend West End Strollers. In fact, I would tell people to go out of their way to avoid West End Strollers.

Dry chicken in the BBQ sandwich. Browning lettuce in salad. Not very fresh. Sad. There’s a huge opportunity here to be great, as they are the only middle eastern food in the plaza. Then again, maybe that’s why they think that they don’t have to be great.

I do not usually write nasty reviews. Throwing a business under the bus just doesn’t make me feel good. But, I AMANGRY. I decided to give West End Strollers a chance, because I thought Bagelville next door looked too expensive. I would never have made this decision if I checked Nan’s review prior to my order. HEREISMYLISTOFRANTS: 1) The breakfast sandwich prices are not posted. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and assume they were mostly a lunch place, that’s why they didn’t have them. WRONG. I am pretty sure they don’t post prices so that they can OWN you. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and one dixie cup sized coffee… it came to over $ 11!!! I’ve never paid more than $ 5 for a breakfast sandwich. At the very least, West End Strollers is selling them for a 200% tourist tax. 2. MAYBE I could have forgiven the price, if the bagel was made of the most exquisite and artisinal ingredients, but alas, this sandwich was no better than Dunkins. Eggs were bland, the two slices of bacon were sad and chewy, and the cheese tasted like chalk. With an $ 11 price tag, I expect that the cheese would be made on site, the bacon, lovingly raised from birth, and the chickens that created the eggs: to be sung lullabies every night. 3. I GOTSICK. LIKEREALLYSICK, SICKIN A WAYTHATTHE UnilocalWORLDDOESNOTNEED A VISUAL. BOSTON is a great town. We are kind hearted, hard working folks, who generally try not to harm each other. In this vein, it’s deeply disturbing to me to see a business prey on tourists in such a fashion. Thus, I wag my finger at you, West End Strollers, for dragging the rest of us down.

First time I came here I got an egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. I was charged $ 4.00. Good deal right? Yeah not so much. I went back this past weekend with my husband to grab a quick bite, and based on my last experience, I was expecting the same outcome in terms of price. We got two of the same sandwiches and a small coffee, and the lady at the register rang our order up at $ 18.75! $ 18.75 for two Dunkin Donuts-ish sized sandwiches and a small coffee. I questioned the same guy who took my order last time and he was like, «Before I charge you, let me know what the price was last time…». Then he took the coffee off the bill. But it was still $ 16 for two sandwiches, which is outrageous. So he knew he was being a big meanie about the charge, which made it all the more just great. Do not come here unless you want to be subjected to severe price gouging. Like seriously severe price gouging. I know it’s Faneuil Hall and it’s a tourist trap and all that, but those prices are horrendous. And… I ended up getting the food anyway because we were starving and I had to get to work… not to mention I fell sick to my stomach afterwards when a friend told me that this place had extermination issues. Ugh. I need to remove my photo… and I can’t do it on my phone.

I went around dinner time on a weeknight and got the spinach and feta«grilled» flat bread which was promptly microwaved for me, making it soggy and utterly disappointing. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I got the chicken pesto flatbread. It was nothing special. I was more perturbed that they took it from under the heat lamp and re-heated it in a microwave(not exactly fresh). I ordered a bottle of water(16 oz). It was $ 2.50(price was not listed on the billboard; wish I had known!). They then gave me an OPENED bottle of water. I pointed it out and they replaced it. My friend for the roast beef wrap. For $ 8, it was pretty small. Not terrible, but overpriced. I wouldn’t got back. There are WAY better options in Fanueil.

Falafel. It was all I could think about for the two hours leading up to lunch. Falafel. Falafel. Falafel. It goes without saying that I was thrilled to see a falafel salad with tomatoes, lemon juice and tabbouleh upon entering Quincy Market. The price point of $ 8ish seemed about right given the location and surroundings. What didn’t seem right was the über over-cooked falafel. I’m talking crunchy ball o’ chickpeas. Burnt through and through.(Insert disappointed Britt face) I’ve made better falafel at home. Maybe I caught them on an off day? On the upside the tabbouleh was both refreshing and delicious. In the end, it all comes back to the falafel, falafel, falafel. Other offerings at the stand included gyros, falafel wraps and smoothies.

As my first meal in Boston, this was more than a disappointment. «Fake» falafel salad(it looked like there were two balls of falafel in the salad but they turned out to be hollow, cold, inedibly hard pieces of chickpea concrete) complete with fly in the lettuce for $ 9. Horrible. Please don’t ever go here.

I had a nice veggie wrap. It was delicious. As one reviewer wrote, WE Strollers is a good alternative to the greasy«pit stops» in Faneuil Hall.

The Hawaiian Grilled Flatbread is good but a bit overpriced for what is basically a rectangular slice of pizza.

Spent $ 25 for 2 large OJ and 2 bacon egg cheese croissant sandwiches. Sandwiches had no flavor, croissants were hard and old. OJ was ok. Not impressed. Will not go back.

I got a falafel wrap here. The wrap itself was good. The falafel was like fried bread crumbs.

I got the Spicy Chicken wrap — very good chicken, and it was loaded with the spicy sauce — sweet. The vegetables on the wrap(lettuce + tomato) were very fresh, and the woman working there was very nice and fast. I recommend going here for the wraps — I didn’t try their pastries or vegan choices, like others have rated them on.

Wanted something sweet and found it at West End Strollers. They had a good selection of sweet pastries. My favorite was the baklava. I wasnt a big fan of anything with the pistachios which sucked because of the four pastries I bought, three of them had pistachios in it! Keep in mind this place only takes MC or VISA(yeah, I had to charge $ 4 worth of desserts to conserve my $$ – Boston has no Chase ATMs!)

If you’re a vegan who somehow finds yourself in Faneuil Hall Marketplace wondering what, just what there could possibly BE for you in that cesspool of ice cream, pizza, and greasy meat dishes: Fear not. There’s hope. West End Strollers is one of the few places you can actually find something vegan. And yummy. Hands-down, they’ve got the best falafel wraps in the joint(avoid Steve’s Greek Place — their falafel wraps are dry and crumby!). Just to warn you, though, these wraps WILL fall apart on you and lead to an incredibly messy lunch so don’t bring them to your break room or eat them in front of your date! They are best enjoyed in private. Why the four stars? Like most everything else in Faneuil Hall, the wraps are somewhat overpriced. I almost feel guilty when I «splurge» there and that’s never a good thing! Knock the price down a dollar and maybe I’ll add that extra star, but until then it stays at four.
