Phenomenal! Great food… period. Prices, wait– time and lo-maintenance a big plus! Credit cards, great local tap beer… ahem

Ventured over to the Yankee Lobster ago after checking out a skit at Laugh Boston around 730pm on a Saturday. There was a decent amount of people in line and it took about an hour to get through the line & order at the front. Then another 15 or so to get our food. I got the hot lobster roll with veggies and he got a combo with scallops, shrimp and fish. Both were really good, but not GREAT in our opinion. The veggies were a great substitute for fries and were incredibly tasty.

I stopped in for lunch with some coworkers for lunch while we were in Boston for a business trip. I ordered the lobster macaroni and cheese. It was delicious, had plenty of lobster and it was just the perfectly sized portion. I hope one day to visit Boston and eat hear again before the summer is over as a tourist and not on business.

What made the impact? The crew. Great, friendly staff. I had literally just flown in from LA on a long, delayed red eye after working since 6 am, had already been lost in my rental with the damn toll roads and stumbled up this industrially hidden little spot. Outdoor patio: super + Bostonians drinking at 11am like it’s Sunday brunch: super duper + Homey hookup on a well needed local brew: fucking priceless. Hot Lobster roll: personally, I wanted more butter. But they really let the flavor come out on its own so I wasn’t disappointed. Price: not a fan. I’d pay this in LA, but I was hoping from the source itself it’d be a bit less, but worth it nonetheless. East coast sea food tastes cleaner anyways. If I was a local, I’d be a frequent fan. Great job, Yankee Lobster. Don’t taint this with too much commercialism.

Lobster was great. It is Boston. The special was halibut. Thought it would be amazing. Blech. over cooked. Tough. Soggy rice and over cooked broccoli. Hence the the three(now two) stars. Should’ve known better than to order the special from a fry house. Never known a fry cook that can steam rice and veggies. Everything else fries was da bomb! That being said, the staff was awesome. Friendly, attentive and happy. Skip anything that isn’t fried or boiled here. Of course there was a show going on next door. Very loud. So be aware of that for night time visits.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The food is amazing and the service is great. When I was looking for places to eat during my visit to Boston, I decided to come here due to the reviews — and this place totally did not disappoint! I ordered the«Hot Lobster Roll» and my fiancé’ got the«Blackened Tuna Wrap.»(Note that the«hot» for the lobster roll pertains to the temperature, not to any sort of spice.) The«Hot Lobster Roll» was amazing. The lobster itself was one of the best(if not the best) I’ve had, and it had a delicious buttery flavor added to it. The bread that it was on was also nice, warm, and soft. I do wish the«Hot Lobster Roll» was slightly bigger in size, but I guess it’s more about quality, not quantity. The«Blackened Tuna Wrap» was also very tasty and had a great pungent flavor. Both of our orders came with a side-order of coleslaw and french fries. Another thing that I love about the restaurant is how they provide malt vinegar and sea-salt — which are two things that I love to add to my fries. To me personally, the coleslaw had a *distinct* acquired taste added to it which made it taste different than other coleslaws I’ve had. Nevertheless, it was still delicious. The restaurant is not fancy at all(especially compared to other seafood places), and is quite small with limited [indoor] seating. As a result, expect there to be long lines out the door during peak hours(especially on weekends). Despite the long lines, the food is so worth it! The workers are also helpful, friendly, and energetic. Since it was my first time at the restaurant, I asked the workers some questions and for suggestions, and they were very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try delicious, fresh, seafood in Boston!

Fantastic service and the menu is nothing short of complete. Since this was our first time we had the highly recommended items. I suggest you do the same. Lobster Rolls were really good. Difference between a hot and a regular, hot equals dipped in butter. For $ 2 more I would recommend it as you are only in Boston once in a while.

I would rate Yankee Lobster four and a half stars. I liked that it was a very short walk away from Harpoon Brewery, so you can get some of Boston’s best beer and lobster rolls in the same evening. We had the hot lobster roll and the lobster mac n cheese. I highly recommend the hot lobster. It was one of the best items I’ve tried in Boston. There were big chunks of lobster meat which allowed the lobster to be the focus of the sandwich.

Folks, beat it. Really, beat the line. Once it starts it can’t be stopped, they’re popular, pop-pop, they’re popular! They have some damned good food. Loved the clam strips are like Cheetos, they are not safe for people prone to fat. The chicken strips were atrosh… But shame on me and others for ordering chicken at a lobster place. The lobster roll. Bam! Delish! Bottom line: if you wake up early enough to get here at 11 instead of 11:15, you’ll be golden. If you like great lobster rolls, rush here.

I showed up to Yankee lobster after being told by a local at the Harpoon Brewery that they had an amazing lobster roll. I had been on the hunt for a lobster roll on my trip to Boston and any tips from locals on where to eat is always taken seriously with me. Myself and two others went to Yankee lobster around 530 on a Friday and there was a line outside to get in. It’s a small place and they like to keep things organized so just a few groups at a time or allowed to enter to order at the counter. My boyfriend and I already knew we wanted the lobster roll so we ordered one traditional cold lobster roll and one hot lobster roll to share. We also ordered a pitcher of Sam Adams summer ale because duhhhh. The line outside moved pretty fast but once inside it slowed down a lot. I think there was a new cashier so maybe this attributed to the slow line movement once inside. We didn’t mind though. I figured good lobster rolls are worth the wait. I was so right. The cold lobster roll had the perfect amount of mayo that in no way overpowered the lobster flavor. The lobster was tender and the amount of claw meat on mine made me wanna sing. The bun was actually hard to see because of the overflow of lobster. I will say the roll was smaller than I imagined but I’m not really sure what the norm is when it comes to lobster roll size. For $ 19 though, I definitely could’ve had another but I understand it’s fresh lobster. I was in heaven… but so sad when I finished it. The hot lobster roll was also delicious. Instead of mayo the lobster meat was tossed lightly in warm butter and served on the same buttered roll as the cold lobster rolls come on. It was good but I loved the traditional cold lobster roll a lot more. The rolls came with a side of French fries and coleslaw which were nice additions but nothing could beat that lobster.

I’m not a regular seafood eater, but when my friends and I were in Boston we found this place and we don’t have any regrets that we went here. This place is small, but crowded and when we came there we saw a line of people waiting for free table. I ordered Combo One seafood plater and crabs. The food was unbelievable tasty. Definitely would come back here when I’ll be in Boston next time.

This is the lobster roll perfected. I spent 4 days in Boston and ate 3 lobster rolls. Yankee’s was the best BYFAR and was also the least expensive. I’m still thinking about it. They have a very casual atmosphere, which is a big relief in a part of the city that feels super business-y and bland. They have a counter order set-up and surprisingly a really good craft beer menu. Also, Harpoon Brewery is right next door if you’d like a pretzel and more beer to follow up your lobster roll.

My favorite lobster roll on my road trip from Maryland to Maine. Very small restaurant. Limited inside and outside seating. Staff were friendly. Food came out pretty quick. Free parking. Lobster Roll — $ 19.99 — Fresh and clean lobster, tossed with very little mayo so the lobster flavor is not hidden. Price was pretty high for the size, about the size of two Hawaiian buns. Comes with fries. Clam Chowder, small — $ 4.99 — Creamy and not to salty. Decent amount of clams inside.

I’m no lobster roll/clam chowder connoisseur but this place had the best of both from what I tried during my weekend in Boston. Honestly, if I had to eat that clam chowder everyday for the rest of my life I wouldn’t be upset. This place made me realize that most clam chowders have waaaayyy too much salt and this one was just perfect! In addition to the clam chowder and the hot lobster roll, my boyfriend ordered the Lazyman’s Lobster which was a ton of lobster meat with a Ritz cracker crumble. It was $ 40 but I think it was justified with the amount of lobster meat that it came with. My boyfriend mentioned how this was the first time in his life he could say«I’m too full to finish all the lobster». The slaw and fries that came with the lobster roll were standard and a great addition to our seafood filled meal. We showed up closer to 9pm and somehow beat the crowd. The service was quick and easy and seating wasn’t a problem(probably because we beat the crowd). Definitely on our list of recommendations for anyone visiting Boston!

Ok this review isn’t that fair because all I had were the raw oysters. I’ll have to come back to actually eat lobster, which I assume is their specialty. Anyway back to the oysters… they were some of the smallest oysters I’ve ever had. Lame. There isn’t much in the area. Good place to go right after the Harpoon Brewery if you can’t wait just 5 – 10 more minutes to find more interesting cuisine.

I needed a lobstah roll during my inaugural trip to Boston, and Yankee Lobster Co. was perfect. We lucked out that there was no line and an open table outside on an unseasonably warm March day, so I feel I got the full, laidback Yankee Lobster experience. Market price was on par, served with fries and coleslaw. Conveniently located in Seaport, this little restaurant/fish market is a great pit stop on the way to/from Harpoon Brewery, and just a short walk from the rest of Seaport. Their food is fresh, and no-frills, perfect for a casual day in Boston!

Agree with the votes for Best Lobster Roll in/around Boston! The lobster meat was packed and overflowing the buttered and toasted bun. The meat was a mix of chunks of claw and knuckle with just a touch of mayo and some small pieces of celery for a nice added crunch. Served with fries or onion rings(very good, thick cut) and a small side of cole slaw for $ 19.99, I’d say it’s on the middle-high price range, but could easily fill another roll with the excess overflow. A very casual environment(order at the counter and they bring it to you when it’s ready), the restaurant has a handful of tables and craft beers available. Will definitely return for another Lobster Roll and also sample some of other items like the fried clams.

Awesome seafood! This place was a bit out of the way for us, but we heard good things and we were not disappointed. We had the lobster Mac n cheese and the hot lobster roll with fries. The Mac n cheese was alright, but the hot lobster roll was great! Completely different from other lobster rolls we’ve had. No mayonnaise, and lots of butter YUM! Needless to say, we were huge fans. Also, the fries were BOMB. I love fries.

The pro move is to have a pint(or two) at Harpoon Brewery and then continue down the street to Yankee for lunch(or dinner.) You won’t find budget prices here, but everything is reasonable and the food is good. I usually opt for the fried fish sandwich or a cup or bowl of soup, all of which are delicious. Patio is a great place to hang out in the warmer months before a show at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion. The general neighborhood around Yankee is being built up, but it is still a bit out of the way if you’re spending most of your time downtown or in Cambridge, etc. Not sure I would make the trek to this corner of the seaport just to eat here.

I suggest if you order the fried clams to add a little bit of spicy sauce. You won’t regret it.

Really disappointed! Me and my friend were soo looking forward to come cause we’d love some fresh seafood. It turns out such a steal. First of all, the place is smaller than I thought, which is fine tho. But the staff is so unwelcome and not helpful at all. We walked in looking around for a couple of minutes and they didn’t even bother asking. There was no seat left so we came to them and asked for a table for two. The guy said just sit where you can. What the heck like can I sit on the floor? Anw we finally managed(by ourselves) to get a table. We ordered a Lobster Roll, Clam Chowder, Fried Clam, Crab Cake, and Shrimp Cocktail. Clam Chowder is ok, just like every other places. Fried Clam and Crab Cake are not so good at all. Lobster Roll(i only ate the lobster) is fine but not so impressed. What pissed me off the most is the Shrimp Cocktail. I was so eager to try it and it came like a wrecking ball… That’s not how you make SHRIMPCOCKTAIL!!! They were all fully COOKED! It was no difference to a steamed or boiled shrimp. I just hate it! And it costs two of us 74 bucks… So not worth it!!! Would never come back(if I ever come back to Boston again). For the reference, I live in NY. And we don’t have lots of fresh seafood in the city like here in Boston but our shrimp cocktail in Chelsea or Governor market is so much better, and cheaper.

I was in town for work and was on the hunt for the best lobster roll. Based on the glowing reviews, I had to give Yankee a try. It was packed at around 5:30pm on a weeknight. It’s a tiny hole in the wall place but they have a large menu. I ordered the lobster roll($ 19.99) and a small bowl of clam chowder($ 5). The lobster roll was pretty big and had lots of lobster meat. It came with fries and cole slaw. This had to be one of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had!!! I highly recommend coming here if you love lobster. The clam chowder was also warm, creamy, and delicious with chunks of potatoes, clams, and veggies. If you love seafood, I’m pretty sure you’ll find something amazing here!

It was my first time back to Boston in 5 years and I wanted my girlfriend experience New England lobster for her first time. Yankee lobster definitely did it justice. What we ordered: — 2 lobster rolls — fish sandwich — fish stew — lobster bisque — canned beer — sweet tea Lobster rolls — fantastic. My fear was that we’d get a ton of filler and a bit of lobster meat. That is far from true here at Yankee lobster. The roll was overflowing(if that’s even appropriate in this context) with lobster meat. From what I could tell it was a good mix of tail and claw. The buns were toasted which did well to complete this delicious package. Coleslaw and fries were served on the side. The fish sandwich was lightly battered, fried and included lettuce, tomatoe and a delicious tartar sauce. I highly recommened if you’re not in the mood for lobster. It came with fries as well. Fish Stew: large chunks of fish meat in a flavorful soup; I’d get this again. Lobster Bisque: more lobster meat, more lobster flavor A+. Thickness was juuuuuust right. If you’re planning on dining in, expect crowded seating as there isn’t much of it. Apart from that, the service was great and they brought the food to your table. Total Bill: $ 74.60

If you find yourself at the convention center, craving some seafood midday, Yankee Lobster is the place to go. This is a no frills lobster shack, but will fill you with goodness. The lobster bisque and lobster roll are both excellent. The lobster to bread ratio was perfect. And for $ 19.99 for a roll, fries, and slaw, I’d say pricing is on par At the table next to me, one of the staff even sat down and helped an old lady crack into a lobster, which was quite nice. I’d recommend Yankee Lobster

It’s alright. Nothing too special to write home about. The girl at the register seemed as if she could care less and didn’t bother to acknowledge your order. Our interaction went something like: Cashier: «Next.» Me: «Can I get a large clam chowder and a fish & chips platter?» Cashier: *silence as she types in my order. The price flashes on the register and she makes eyecontact with me.* Me: *hands over my card* Cashier: «Ok, next.» I’m not asking for you to engage me in a friendly conversation, but at least make an attempt to sound like a human being instead of a robot. Their clam chowder was the best thing on the list. The fish & chips are a little disappointing. More breading than fish, in my meal, but the fries were pretty good. My friends had the steam platter and a warm lobster roll. The entrees we received were disappointing, considering the price that we paid. They do have a cute little outdoor seating and they bring your food to you. Overall, it was a quick place to get a meal. Be prepared to pay a little extra.

Stopped by here before going to Harpoonfest because we heard Yankee Lobster was pretty good. We shared a lobster roll that came with fries and cole slaw $ 19.99. The place is super packed(I am pretty sure this place is always busy). We managed to grab a seat outside to eat our lobster roll before heading over the Harpoon. Loved the fries and the cole slaw seemed pretty normal, nothing spectacular. They give a decent amount of lobster, so it’s pretty good. I’m sure there are better places in the waterfront area to get a better lobster roll, but this one is pretty solid! I think I’ve been spoiled and have had pretty amazing lobster rolls in Maine and the Cape that nothing can compare. The Yankee Lobster lobster roll bun was nicely buttered and the lobster was fresh — so you really can’t go wrong with this one! Not sure if I would be back since I definitely think it’s a tourist attraction… But I wouldn’t be opposed if a friend wanted to go! I want to try the other options they have there!

Don’t be intimidated by the constantly long line; it moves quickly. Come here for a great-tasting lobster roll, clam chowder(with a generous serving of clams), and fried clam bellies. Fish and chips are lightly battered too, but make sure to ask for additional tartar sauce(free of charge) since you will run out! Friendly, quick service makes this one of my go-to places to bring folks who are visiting Boston. The only downside is there’s no free water available, so make sure to bring your own bottle.

One of the best seafood meals I have eaten in a looong time. Even the fries and coleslaw were delish! I ate so much my guts hurt afterward, and it was soooo worth it. The scallops were mealt-in-your-mouth deeee-licious! The clams are whole belly, which I don’t care for, so I just skipped the belly and they were still super tasty. The lobster tail… mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm The shrimp… mmmmmmmmmm I went in, ordered the biggest dang platter possible, and sat in the corner stuffing myself. They have every possible combination you could want. This is a true seafood joint and I am so glad I made my way there despite public transit being a tad confusing!

Came here on a Saturday and it was pretty busy during lunch — Busy meaning… a HUGELINE! So all you hungry bears… maybe come back at a later time when theres no lunch line! There are tables outside and a tables on the inside. Because it is a tight space, anticipate sitting next to other Bostonians. Enjoy a beer and spark a conversation while you await your much needed lobster and some fries!(slash don’t come with a huge party during lunch hours… or expect to wait awhile for some open tables) Now the review of the food — 1. Clam Chowder — is to D-I-E for. The best concoction of creamy, moist, seafood-y, potatoe-y, clamy, in ONE bowl! Best clam chowder i’ve had the 6 years i’ve lived in Boston. If Boston is known for their clam chowder, than Yankee Lobster’s clam chowder is what Boston is know for #noexaggeration 2. Lobster Roll(cold) — past reviews people say to NOT get the fried lobster roll. so we opted for the cold version and it was filled with big chunks of lobster and the perfect ration of mayo… BUT the roll is SMALL(the only negative) — However, in comparison to the price you pay at Neptune’s($ 28), Yankee’s is way cheaper and still tastes great … just expect to be wanting more after you taking your 3rd bite and realize. «OHNO my ROLL is GONE!» 3. Fish & Chips — fries/chips are so GOOD! The thickness is just perfection. The fish was great! I really appreciated that they accentuated the fish by not smothering the fish with breading! The breading is light and not too heavily deep fried. All in all, enjoy some scrumptious food & go for a nice walk around Seaport, before winter comes… DOIT.

Sooo glad I decided to check out Yankee Lobster. We got there around 5:20PM on Saturday and man, I was happy we didn’t get there any later. The line just started forming outside(there’s a «doorman» of sorts that lets your group in when he feels there is enough space inside) and we were the third group to wait. It didn’t take all that long, but I have to give the staff props with keeping the restaurant fairly uncrowded inside. There was a lot of room and it’s not one of those super popular places here you get crammed inside waiting your turn(the reason I’ve avoided Mike’s Pastry all this time). Our group of three ordered clam chowder and 1.25 lb lobsters. The chowder was kind of mediocre to me – it was creamy, which I didn’t mind all that much, but it was very peppery. Probably the most peppery clam chowder I’ve ever had. The lobster though, was awesome. I mean, I doubt you can really screw up steaming a lobster, but I was super happy that we got to get a whole lobster here since I couldn’t figure out if we could do that at James Hook, for example. The corn and the fries that were on the side were also quite delicious. Looking forward to stopping by again to try the lobster roll, and to visit the Harpoon Brewery down the street!

Unbelievable food. We stumbled on this place by accident as it was a bit further from our hotel. Low key, relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. Clam chowder was out of this world, I’m flying out tomorrow but I will be back to get another before I go! What we ordered: –clam chowder-5 stars. Perfection. –fish stew-tasty but not a lot of fish in it –lobster roll– perfection –kids fish and chips– huge serving. For $ 5! So fresh it looked like it jumped off the dock into the fryer. –cheeseburger and fries– HUGE! With great flavor. –Draft beer and wine! You must try this place if you are here. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Be sure to tip the guys!

My oh My oh my Parked, and it was packed inside. Asked if I could get it to-go, I was told I needed to call in(as in I couldn’t go in and order it) which was a little weird Clam Chowder 2⁄5 stars –nice pieces of clam –super watery –seriously super watery, tasted like cream flavored water –heavy on the cream taste without the consistency. Lobster Roll 6⁄5 –perfectly toasted and buttered breadh –huge chunks and large amounts of lobster, lightly seasoned not too heavy on the mayo –comes with fries. Which were alright, but it really rounded off the meal well. –did it come with coleslaw? I forgot. The lobster was staring at me in the face Overall would I come again? YES(and not order the chowder)

After having clam chowder for a week long stay in Boston, the best cup of chowda was definitely from Yankee Lobster’s! The soup was so creamy with chunks of fresh clam and potatoes. If it weren’t for the bucket of crabs that we ordered, I would’ve asked for seconds on the chowder or lobster bisque, perhaps! I’m a huge fan of crab — when I’m not lazy. Mainly because of all the cracking and work that you gotta do for the meat. #nobodygottimeforthat If you’re a big fan of it, you will definitely taste the all around freshness of the crab — the texture was tender and had a delicious pungent taste of seafood. Besides the Clam Chowder(must-get!) and the bucket of crabs, here’s what we also enjoyed: Seafood Combo — it came with fish, shrimp and scallops. The fried fish weren’t in dinky pieces, but came in thick, juicy cuts. The fried scallops were the best, especially with beer. The fried shrimps — even though deep fried, you could still taste the freshness! The basket also comes with fries which were mediocre after walking into seafood heaven. Forget you, potatoes(jk, we gotta love our carbs.) If you’re allergic to shrimp or prefer to just go with 1 option, then definitely go for the fried scallop plate. Fresh oysters — I thought it was only okay here but the rest of the table enjoyed it. Lobster mac and cheese — One word — ahhhhmazing. So amazing, we ordered two plates of it to-go to enjoy during our plane ride home. There were good chunks and pieces of fresh lobster in every bite. If I was a dead lobster, I hope I’d be sleeping/resting in cheese and macaroni, too. Steamed clams — one of our top favorites. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle pepper together for the ultimate dipping sauce! The skin from the clam’s head was a bit disturbing — we peeled that part off before devouring. We had 2 pitchers of the UFO beer that went amazing with both the steamed, baked and fried plates of seafood! Cheers and enjoy!

I was looking for a place near the water for seafood while I was in Boston for the evening that wasn’t too overly priced and had kid-friendly food. I ended up at Yankee Lobster Fish Market thanks to Unilocal, and couldn’t have imagined a better dinner. The place isn’t very big, and there was about a 15 minute line of people waiting to get in and get a seat when we arrived. The line moves quickly though, and before I knew it, we were standing inside in front of the chalkboard placing our order. I went for the Lobster Roll(which came with French Fries and Cole Slaw) and a medium cup of Clam Chowder. Add in a beer and my bill came to thirty-something dollars, so it’s somewhat pricey, but not as bad as other places would have been. After ordering, I found a seat on the outside patio. There was a music concert next door and although I couldn’t see anything, we could hear it all. This was a an added bonus. I liked the groups that were performing and felt like I was at a concert without paying the ticket price. My Clam Chowder was delicious. More potatoes than clams though, but it still tasted great on the cool evening. I gave up with the spoon and drank it from the paper cup and then ate the potatoes at the end. This brings me to the lobster roll. This thing was delicious. As I ate my chowder, a huge piece of lobster claw was staring at me, daring me to eat it. I kept staring back at it, and the moment I put it in my mouth was one to remember. Oh my gosh was this thing delicious. I was tempted to order the whole lobster, but I’m glad I went with the roll. Yankee Lobster is one of those out of the way places that I’m guessing a lot of tourists don’t eat at everyday, but if you’re in town just for dinner like I was, this is the place to go!

3.5 stars was probably more fitting for Yankee Lobstahhh, but free parking and being a block away from Harpoon easily pushes it to 4. There was a line out the door managed by a nice employee who also doubled as busser. They let only a few folks in at a time so you only get a minute or two before you hit the counter. Pretty standard menu for a seafood joint. I opted for the crab cakes and a medium bowl of chowder. Food was delivered quickly. The chowder was great, piping hot and creamy, perhaps a bit uneven in potato to clam ratio. The crab cakes wouldn’t have won a beauty contest, very flat and came out cold despite the minimal sear to the outside. Personally, I didn’t find it very delectable either and would recommend exploring other options on the menu. They had a handful of brews on tap, one being Harpoon of course. Beware if you are waiting for the The bathroom as you’ll be in harms way of the kitchen doors.

I’ve been meaning to check this place out, so we decided to go for lunch last trip since we were staying in the seaport district. There is a doorman who does crowd control(I think). We were a little confused when we walked in — but here’s the deal: You order at the counter, sit down and someone brings your food. You can sit inside or outside, they will come find you. There’s a small patio area and a couple of tables out front, I would sit out there if the weather is nice, the inside is pretty cramped. I had the hot lobster roll — it’s served with fries and slaw. They had some drafts, so I went with a UFO. Of course the lobster roll was delish, nice big chunks of claw meat and tail meat. I’d never had a hot lobster roll before, only cold ones — the lobster is just tossed in melted butter. Very delish! I actually prefer it to it’s cold cousin.

not sure if i was starving or it legit is the best lobster roll i had in a long long time. Not salty, not too buttery and greasy(roll) and not tooo much mayo. it felt really refreshing and delicious! a small joint that gets packed right at 5pm. line out the door with a guy managing the line. pretty funny. tho i didnt care for their clam chowder, wayy salty and just didn’t stand out. prob really heavy with calories too. their crabcakes look so light in color looks uncooked but i didn’t taste them to say. the platters are not bad, we got #1 with fried cod, shrimp and calamari with fries and cole slaw, i think still on the salty side. only thing that impressed me was the lobster roll. will be back for that and try others hoping they’re not too salty!!!

No vuelvo
