Worst dry cleaners ever! I brought in 7 shirts to be cleaned and was charged $ 60. 5 out of 7 of the shirts had a tag on them saying«sorry we couldn’t get this clean» but I was charged the full $ 60! Management wouldn’t do a thing about it. Such a rip off and horrible customer service.

I WILLNEVERGOHEREAGAIN! I went here a few minutes before closing on Sunday May 10th to drop off a suit. The door was locked, so I turned around to leave. A women opened the door, clearly very angry I was there. She told me to come in, then proceeded to chastise me for inconveniencing her. You know, by bringing her my business. I decided to take my items and leave but that wasn’t good enough. She actually followed me out the door to yell at me in the parking lot for«being late». «Sorry, we are closed.» Really would have been enough. In the future I will bring my business to one of the many excellent dry cleaners in the area and you should too. I went here last month to drop off 1 dress and 2 spring jackets for dry cleaning and the total adds up $ 50. It is definitely a little more expensive than usual but it’s not the reason why this place only deserves 2 stars. The reasons are as follow; 1. Did not contact me when items are ready for pick-up. 2. Poked a big hole into my jacket. If you plan to visit this place, make sure to remind them to not pin anything on your items. —and the extra star because they were responsive and asked me to bring my jacket in so they can fix the hole on the jacket.

Been coming here for awhile now. I love the locker system, I can drop off before and after hours. You get a purple bag that you drop off your items into a vault in the wall no matter the hour. When it’s ready(only about 2 – 3 business days later, quite reasonable), you get an email and can show up at any hour and collect it out of the assigned locker they put it in with a PIN you set up, and your credit card gets charged. I had been going to a mom and pop shop before, and they just didn’t seem to be able to get the coffee stains I inevitably cause in my white shirts out effectively. Zoots even got an olive oil stain out of a dress shirt that the local place couldn’t get. And it’s not really all that much more expensive. However, I was ready to leave a less than stellar review here after one of my shirts got lost. It took four weeks to resolve, but I have to say that as much as I want to leave a bad review because if this mistake, it would not be fair for me to do so. The manager did reach out to the other customers who picked up around the time I picked up(in case it was placed in the wrong locker), opened up an incident with the plant they work with that processes the shirt, and their customer service department kept me in the loop of what was going on. Ultimately, their customer service line finally said that after a month, they admitted the shirt was probably not coming back, and sent me a check for the value of the shirt. They didn’t ask for a receipt or make it a bureaucratic issue and apologized. They really did the right thing given the situation. It makes me wonder if this happened elsewhere or at the previous place I patronized, whether I’d be saying the same thing. Thanks for doing the right thing Zoots, and I will certainly be back, mistakes happen and it’s no big deal.

This is the best dry cleaners. They are timely, not too pricey, and the locker system is the best. I love being able to pick up my dry cleaning at my convenience which can often be after the store has closed, but the lockers are 24⁄7 accessible. They also give a big purple bag to bring back your dry cleaning. Very nice dry cleaners.

Bill and his team are top notch. I always need it rush and they always hook it up. Friendly, Fast, and the whites are whiter. How much do you need for the dry cleaner. Is good!

I’m really happy Zoots opened up so close to me. I’ve come here a few times and have gotten blazers, dresses, winter peacoats, skirts, and pants dry cleaned, as well as a pair of pants tailored. Everything has come out great. Plus, it’s super handy that they’re «open» 24 hours a day, as in, if you needed something dry cleaned at 1 am(you’d be surprised), you simply put the garment(s) in your personal purple bag inside one of the customer lockers, and – voila, like magic – it’ll be processed the same day, and done as quickly as you want it. They’re also really customer-centric, as in they’re really focused on providing a high level of service; I’ve gotten courtesy emails(with coupons), as well as phone calls, letting me know I still had $ 30 worth of dry cleaning credit from a Groupon that I still had yet to use. That’s pretty awesome. I will say that the $ 30 won’t get me more than a few pieces of items dry cleaned… I think it’s averaged out to roughly $ 6 per item each time I dropped stuff off here, though more for the heavy wool coat(obviously), but thats not so bad, considering that’s what a lot of places in Boston charge. I’ll definitely be back… especially since it’s almost autumn now(cry), and I’ll be wearing more dress slacks once the weather and leaves start turning…
