Marla Vasilatos and Darlene Jones worked as a team to provide tremendous help in getting our home ready for sale, and then they priced it higher than we had hoped for and it sold in two days! Starting with our first interview, they responded to our questions on what needed to be done to fix up the place for sale, saving us a bundle of time and labor on projects we didn’t need to do and spotting things we hadn’t noticed (problems with some windows) that we did need to address.
Part of their exceptional full service is staging the home. They did a BEAUTIFUL job of staging, making it so attractive that within two days, during the open house they gave, we received competing offers. Then as we went through the process of the inspection and appraisal, they were always totally available to respond to our concerns and nudge the process along.
