Bothell Service Center

This is my first time « Unilocaling» but I know how important it is to do a shout out now days when you receive excellent customer service, which is what I received at Bothell Service Center. Paul was incredibly helpful. I was told I needed new brakes with my next oil change by my previous mechanic so was pleased when Bothell Service Center gave my brakes a few more months (next oil change). This single, working mother appreciated the break! They have won my business! Thanks guys!

We have been using Pete’s shop for years and are consistently impressed with his expertise and honesty. I can’t say enough positive about this repair shop. It is nice to be able to trust that you will be treated fairly and your car repaired reliably, especially when you are a car ignoramus like me (I turn the key, it should drive… enough said!)

My first impression was that this was an honest shop at fair prices.
$ 70 for a BASIC oil change… not synthetic but just regular.
Without being able to look at it… or asking me when/​if it was changed he then says «and you need to replace your cabin air filter». How much is that? «a few hundred dollars because we have to remove the dash to get to it».
If you call these prices «fair» then by all means use this shop.

Honest reliable local garage. The owner Pete is a very honest guy with over 30 years of experience in the auto repair business. The mechanic Jose can fix anything, and I mean anything. Nice guy too.

Where do I begin? After bad service to even worse I finally decided to just go down the street to a little shop that was attached to a gas station. I’ve never been a fan of these because I always felt that they were not equiped to handle big jobs.
So I called and Pete, I think he’s the owner, said go ahead and bring it right down. I took down and he pulled it into the shop. A little history; I had been having electrical problems and Evergreen Auto Works had just had the car for 3 hours of diagnostics (cost me $ 200+) to tell me that they were unsure of the problem. Anyways, I pulled the vehicle in and told him about the scenario. He popped the hood and looked at it for less than a minute, he then pointed out one of my battery cables was loose and fraying. He said there’s your problem!
Evergreen had popped several of my fuses in my car as well dealing with the electrical issues, it happens but normally I expect them to be fixed, they did not. I told this to Pete and said that I was waiting to get all the bugs out and then I would fix the fuses myself.
He found that the bolt that holds my cable on needed tightened and the terminal connectors needed replaced. He did that and then changed out ALL of my fuses, free of charge. Ended up costing my about $ 89.00 total. This is after spending more than $ 200.00 at Evergreen, just for diagnostics.
Returning customer for life !! GREAT PLACE, A+++++++++
