Canyon Park Montessori School

We are looking for a new school for pre-​kinder for our child for next year.
I called yesterday and the lady couldn’t talk to me properly as I could hear some children yelling near her. I was thinking that is weird so the phone is inside a classroom. Don’t they have a receptionist at the entrance away from the classroom? As she tried to talk and at the same time telling the kids to be quite I saw this as a red flag. Why? she is telling the children to be quite without telling me «I am sorry», please hold a second, give me your name or number to call you back, etc.
Immediately she told me without apologizing if I could call later.
I guess not! as a teacher this is unacceptable. I felt they are not organized and are unprofessional. That is OK we just have to keep looking…

Caring teachers, aids and owner Susan. My 4 year old was so scared of being left at other schools, and the aids, teachers wouldn’t bother helping him feel comfortable, but this school took my son, and coddled him until I left, and he adjusted a lot quicker. He now loves it.
It is not a daycare, but an actual school with curriculum, and learning tools. We lovd the well trained staff, and program teachers.
