Chase is horrible at customer service. They are not helpful and are rude. I had a customer pay us in a check, and while we are not a Chase account holder needed to cash the check.
They wouldn’t cash the check without a $ 8 fee. Don’t waste your time or money with so many credit unions available around the puget sound!

Great customer service an very friendly staff. I came in to get some paperwork notarized on my lunch brwak and they were so helpful an got me in an out of there.

Bothell, WA
Super friendly staff at this Chase Bank location. They are all enthusiastic, pleasant and eager to help me. It’s just like being in a banking commercial on TV.
I rarely if ever have to wait in line here which is a big plus.
I recently had a very positive experience with the Leyla the Branch Manager. She helped me get some paper work for my mortgage refinance I was doing. She went out of her way to get all the documents I needed printed out and is even helping to let the credit reporting agencies know about the issue.
P. S. There are always plenty of parking spots available at this location in Canyon Park in Bothell. They have ATM machines outside as well.

Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Never have had a problem. Chase is a great bank.
