Had them out for a small roof repair. Roof vents and plumbing seals replaced. They were always on time and did everything they said they would. Have not had any rain yet to test repairs but it looks good and was a pleasure dealing with them.

Clean, quick, courteous and lived up to what they said they would do. Highly recommend this company.

Corner Stone completer re-​roofed our home. Their workmanship and speed of installation was excellent.
I have one minor complaint with the removal of the old roofing material. Some of the old wood shake fail into the attic areas and I later climbed through the insulation and removed them myself.
Of major concern was the excess roofing material ordered, which the owner pays for. They over estimated 10 – 15 bundles, close to $ 1000 dollars. I suggested using my neighbors measurements whose roof they had replaced earlier, the neighbors have the same exact roof line. If they had even bothered there is no way they would have been that many bundles extra. They left 5 – 6 bundles stacked for me next to the driveway. I retrieved many more they had thrown into their dumpster.
This leaves me an ethical question! When the job is finished Corner Stone will ask if you wish to retain the extra bundles. If not they will pick them up and return them to stock. (what do most home owners need with 15 extra bundles?) You receive no reimbursement. You can visualize over time what the benefit it would be for the company. The ethical concern is do they over estimate for their own benefit? I have my opinion.

We had Cornerstone Roofing come out a year ago to give us an estimate on a leaking overhang (eave). The gentleman went up and conducted a thorough inspection, and with my permission made a temporary fix until the work could be done. We had other priorities, and had to go through the winter on the temp fix alone, which worked fine.
I rang them one year after the original estimate. They revisited and we had them go ahead with the work. Their repair specialist was top notch and very professional. It was an honor to have such a skilled craftsman working on our home.
I’ve had neighbors come by and comment on the quality of the work. It’s great to see the thorough repair every time we pull up, and the piece of mind we got is priceless.
When it is time for a new roof, Cornerstone has our business!

Cornerstone put on our roof this past June, and did a great job. The quote was easy, and we didn’t even have to be at home (though we were). They gave the most complete estimate I have ever seen — we had a total of 5 quotes and their quote package blew the others away. It included pictures of the house and roof from different angles, a schema of the roof with needed venting additions on it, plus 2 different pricing quotes based upon various extras, along with info about shingles, etc. We wanted parts of each quote, so they quickly created another quote with our choices. We were able to get on the schedule very quickly. On the day of roofing, I was surprised that they did not show up until about 9:30a. They brought a crew of 5, and in no time were making progress. Two others stopped during the job — they seemed to be specialists at certain skills — soffit vents, etc. In any case, the whole job was done by 4 — amazing! There was an inspection the next day. Billing was easy, too. They were not the cheapest, and charged us extra for adding a hole to put in a solar fan, which all other contractors said was easy and free. But, all in all, it was a pleasant, easy experience. I’d recommend them.

I had cornerstone roofing replace my roof about three years ago and am still astounded by how well they did. They were on time, customer centric and cleaned up after themselves. I have recommended them several times to clients and have never had any complaints (only compliments) from them. A+++
