If I could give them zero stars I would. Mike is a complete jerk and treats customers with disrespect. If you have an issue with your product he will literally hang up on you. Went to the redmond store and they replied «that’s Mike».
If they know how this guy behaves why don’t they do something about it? Disgusted with their service and will be sure to let as many people as possible to NEVER use this location.
Warning to shop around and price check! These gyys are charging $ 130.00 for a mod that sells everywhere else for 99.99 and under.
Rude and rip off

Bothell needed a vape shop! This place is incredibly easy to get to and spot from the street. There are plenty of spaces to park too.
I was impressed immediately with the amount of house flavors they offer. Also, they have some flavors out on the counter, as well as batteries and sanitary tips to use without having to ask. The menus are displayed directly near them, so I was able to peruse their selection while the gentleman working was assisting another customer.
There are a few comfy looking chairs to sit and vape, but nothing near enough to the counter to where I would want to stay a bit longer. The whole shop was very drab and not unique in the least. I understand this store is part of a chain, but they could make it more inviting.
When he was done with his other customer and came to help me, it seemed like he was slightly disinterested in my business. Maybe that is just his personaility, but I didn’t feel as welcome as I do at other vape shops.
The price is a bit steep: $ 13.99 for a standard bottle of their house liquid. If they dropped it by $ 2 I would be here every week stocking up on vapor flavor.
Overall, this shop lacks personality and is a little expensive for me to return.

Just met with John here. This dude knows how to take care of customers. I was having issues with my setup and rather than upselling me he helped me troubleshoot my setup and got me all fixed up. He goes by notion of being happy with what you have and will give you his best effort to make sure you don’t need to spend more than you need to.
Additionally, they sell high quality juices that are mixed locally with a ton of different options.
This shop, and John specifically stand up against the rest of the shops. This place will absolutely be getting my repeat business.

This shop made a huge change in the last couple of months. The atmosphere is relaxed, but professional. The store manager is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He doesn’t have that used car saleman vibe. He genuinely seems to care, and believe in the product, and wants to make sure you are in the mod that is best suited to your lifestyle and habits. That was extremely refreshing! They have a wide selection of delicious juices that they make on their own. They also carry Space Jam– my favorite! I will be doing all of my ecig business at this location, from now on!

I came in to find out if I would enjoy some type of vape apparatus. I know very little about them so I expected to be up-​sold. The sales guy that helped me was incredibly nice and helpful. He explained each little detail, had my try a bunch of juices and recommended the cheapest unit. I was very surprised by that! He taught me how to refill it and explained each component. I felt like a pro by the time I left. The item I purchased it of high quality and I would highly recommend this place!

Don’t let the austere exterior fool you, this is a really cool business.
I stopped by to research the replacement of the crappy vaporizor that my local tobacco store sold me and was blown away! The clerk new everything there was to know about vaporizers and their ilk.
I have a new vaporizer, juice, and a source for future needs!’

Great place for all things ecig. Employees are all really nice and know what they’re talking about. Solid line of products and lots of flavors that you can try in the store. Only negative is that most products are overpriced.

This is the BEST place for all vaporizers, accessories and more. I went here today for the first time ever and not only was I happy about the price difference compared to the old smoke shop I would buy my stuff at, but I was also blown away by how cool and welcoming the guy behind the counter was. The whole atmosphere is great and I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here for all my stuff.
No cheap plastic crap here! By far the best place I’ve been!
