I would give Ana, 10 stars, if I could! She took me in, same day. Did a great job. I’ve previously gone to the ‘fancy salons’ but my new job, does not afford me the luxury. But Ana paid no expense, in making sure I was comfortable. She did a fabulous shampoo and a great cut. My hair is not difficult but it is very think. She took the time to blow dry an awesome look. Thank you, Ana! I will definitely be back! Oh btw, very reasonable rates!

I called in a few hours before on a Sunday for a hair cut and they were able to squeeze me in, which was awesome! When the hair dresser looked at my hair she insisted that I get a deep conditioning treatment so I did. While I was getting my hair treated she left the store to go to the bank and left me with a couple of magazine under a hairdryer. She came back with money for their register.
She finally washed the conditioner off my hair with cold water. While she was washing my hair she was talking with her coworkers about store issues and her pay rate. I just ignored the conversation everyone has issues about work but you should talk about it offline.
We were finally ready to cut my hair. Before she got started I showed the hairdresser a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she said she would cut it exactly like the picture but she definitely didn’t do that! She hacked it with a razor. I’m very sure that the hair I wanted did not call for short choppy layers.
I am extremely unhappy with it. She insisted it was exactly like the picture and was upset about it (she kept repeating it was exactly like the picture). To top it off burned my ear with a hair dryer (it’s still sore and red). This was the worst experienced I’ve ever received at hair masters.

I was passing through Bothell and needed color. I made an appointment with Jennifer. she matched my color perfectly. very pleased

Just moved here from out of state, where I used to go to a fancy salon. I have short hair and find it challenging to go to an affordable place and get good results. So glad I went here on a whim. I got what I asked for and for a very reasonable price! Did I get a massage and salon experience? – well no. But you get what you pay for… And all I wanted was a decent cut! I will go here again.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
First. I took my daughter to get her hair cut in September. There was a sign on the door saying their computer was down and they could only accept cash. I left instructions for Ana on how to cut my daughter’s hair and went to get cash. Came back a few minutes later and found Ana cutting away on my daughter’s unwashed hair. I thought washing the hair was part of the service, but clearly, Ana was trying to cut corners since I wasn’t there to watch over her.
Then when I went to pay, I bought some product that was on sale. Ana rang it up incorrectly. Rather than fixing the mistake and returning my money, she got all flustered and walked away from the register to let someone else deal with it.
I left feedback on the HairMasters website and heard back from the manager, who promised me a free haircut and a call back to schedule that cut. Only I never heard back.
Flash forward to a couple of weeks ago. My husband went in for a cut. Despite the store being empty and two stylists on staff, he was told there wasn’t an opening until an hour later. Hubby went back an hour later, again to a nearly empty store, and sat there for 30 minutes for his appointment. He walked out.
Once again, we left feedback on the HairMasters website. Once again, we were promised follow up. Once again, nothing.

Don’t you hate having to get a new hairstylist for whatever reason? Got a haircut for the first time at Hair Master on a Saturday and was really pleased with the overall experience. Waited five minutes and then had Anne cut my hair.
After giving her my hair preference, she took me to get a shampoo and then began her cut. She was quick, friendly, and skillful. I really appreciated her care especially with helping my hair feel clean and short but still manageable (i.e., it could lay down on the sides without feeling like it’s spraying out! No quick sheers to the side).
The haircut was $ 18 with a shampoo (blow dry is extra). Would give a 5 star if they added the blow dry for free.
But here’s the thing. They have a deal going on right now until Aug. 31 or until gift cards last where you can get 4 haircuts for $ 50 ($ 12.50 per cut with shampoo). I bought this and will definitely be back.

I got the worst haircut of my life and the most rude Hair stylist. Her name was Anne. Went to visit her on Independence day eve and she said she wish she could be outta here sooner. I should have heed to the warning. I asked her for a 4 on the top, 3 on the sides and spike it up in front, finally ended up doing a 3 everywhere. It may be just the stylist but left me resolute not to go back here.

Ok so here’s the deal. I found this salon through Unilocal and I was more than pleased with the end result. I have a short do’ where my pixie style grew out. Debbie Guzman was wonderful with asking me lots of questions regarding what I wanted and she did it perfect! I received the military discount and excellent service from her and the other stylists. very sweet ladies that are very accommodating.

Amy is AMAZING! I have never met a hair stylist before who understood exactly how to cut my hair so the natural curls look good. I’ve been following her for the last 8 years (from Regis to her own salon and now to Hairmasters), and I can’t believe that I’m paying half for the same amazing work!
