I used this Liberty Tax Service for many years, yet I have to give it one star. In 2011 I forgot to include some documents when filing my return. My taxes were adjusted and I lost my 2012 return. I returned and asked the folks at Liberty Tax to help correct the mess and they agreed. Communication with Liberty Tax was terrible and it took over a year to make any progress. The owner has apologized for not communicating, which I appreciate, but ultimately had to go elsewhere to make any significant progress.
I am sure she is good at what she does, but communication is extremely important in my book and therefore I chose to take my business somewhere else.
My experience here was not great.
