We just purchased an old house and there was a lot of works need to be done. The water heater needed to be replaced. We wanted a tankless heater (plumbers charge outrageous rates). Baseboards and door trim were missing; no closet doors in the bedroom, and much painting was needed.
Markus the handyman is awesome. He returned my call within an hour, arrived at our house on time, very honest. I like his work style. He gave me an estimate first with no charge, and there is no hidden cost after everything is done. He has the best price compare to other people I have called.
I would definitely recommend him.
