I had a great experience with Mike and his staff. I contacted them via the telephone to find out about getting my new VW Golf repaired. I was backing out of the garage and my wife’s SUV which was parked in the driveway jumped over and hit my car!
The office staff explained my options and suggested a couple of repair centers in the area.
No problems and no complaints!

We experienced 3 straight months of over billing. Each time Mike promised to solve the issue but the following month the same issue arose. After the 3^rd month, I realized that Mike is a great guy who is incapable of fixing challenging situations. If you pay your bill, and don’t have any changes or claims you will be fine but as soon as something becomes too complicated it will likely be way above the heads of those working at this agency.
With all the agencies out there trying to get your business, you will very likely find one with more honest, competent people than here.
