MOD Pizza

This is the best idea ever. A build your own pizza bar. AMAZING.
My boyfriend and I can never decide on what to put on our pizzas because we like completely different things, and so this is a great alternative to a large pizza from any delivery place.
If it’s your first time, i’d recommend keeping it simple, or going with one of the pre-​determined pizza combinations. It can be overwhelming and you might accidentally add a bunch of things that don’t really go great together if you panic like i tend to do when ordering at new places!
They fire the pizzas in a pizza oven and they come out pretty quickly which is nice. I would recommend getting there early for lunch or dinner because the line can get SO long during the busy times.
I like the Dominic A LOT. TRY IT!

Currently my top pizza choice on the east side. 5star for the pizza and service. Minus one star for salad. The salad wasn’t bad but it just didn’t taste very fresh.

Love MOD and this new location is no exception. Friendly, though sometimes inconsistent service — they always make a mean pizza! We came in on a Saturday night for 3 pies and 1 salad. They were a little skimpy on ingredients but gladly added more when we asked. We also asked for the chicken on the salad to be heated, and while they threw it in the oven quickly, they forgot about it just as quickly. I had to go back up to the counter to inquire about it after I realized the error and my salad was half way eaten.

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was great! The pizza was very fresh and tasted awesome with the toppings I picked. The kids and husband all had their own pizzas, and we had enough leftover to eat for lunch the next day. The lemonade was good, too, but a bit too sweet for our taste. The double pizza (or whatever it was called) was okay, but not really worth the extra price since it was not that much different than the regular size. We will definitely go here again soon.

I love MOD pizza, which is why I was so excited when one opened near my dads place so I can check it out when I go visit him; I just hope the staff gets better. Went in there with only two people in line ahead of me, and about 15 teenagers behind the counter. They messed up all three of our orders, and the orders that came in behind me. It took me 45 minutes to finally get my pizza due to their lack of organization. I sat down and had to repeatedly go up and remind them that I had paid for, but still not received, my pizza; amid all the other customers starting to line up at the counter complaining. Yikes! What a mess. I’ll check back in the next few months to see if they’ve learned anything.

Awesome thin crust. Calimexan is spicy good with chicken, Gorgonzola cheese, jalapeño, buffalo spicy sauce. Fun place. Good music. My new favorite pizza place

Tried out the new Bothell location. Everyone is very friendly. Love the thin crust. The pizza was done quickly. Very short wait. Will definitely come back. Glad we have a new option for pizza in town.

I absolutely LOVE Mod– and this new location does not disappoint! Great pizza and salads, and the crew and this store are great! My daughter and I will continue to come on our lunch hour during the week– it’s great food, friendly service and they got us our pizza’s quickly. The manager (?) made sure that we were satisfied with our orders even before she handed us our food. Our visit was last Wednesday– but we’ll be coming back soon with the rest of the family. So glad to have you in the neighborhood! I’m sure Papa Murphy’s won’t be too happy though — LOL

Very happy we have a MOD pizza close to us. Been here a few times now and the staff are always friendly and seem to be having fun. As usual, the pizza is fantastic and like how you can add any combination you desire. Salads are really good as well and I always get the caesar salad. We also came by for the grand opening and the line was extremely long but the staff was working hard and we got our food in a good amount of time considering the line. Great job MOD!!! Also, the young lady who was cutting the pizza was extremely friendly and engaged all the customers that came through… that was a nice touch. Keep up the great work!!!

Love MOD Pizza! I love the thin crust and the ability to add various toppings to your pizza and salad without paying the extra price. I also love their pizza salad which gives you the best of both worlds. I so love their white sauce pizza! Its so yummy! I’ve been to many MOD Pizza locations throughout the Puget Sound area and each location has its own personality.
This new location of MOD did not disappoint. Not only are the pizzas wonderful but the staff was AWESOME. My husband & I have been to this specific location a couple times, once during their grand opening in the evening and the other a couple days ago during lunch.
On our first visit to this Canyon Park location it was extremely busy during the grand opening night. The employees were extremely friendly, nice, upbeat and welcoming to their location. Which in my eyes set themselves apart from the other MOD locations I’ve been to. They welcomed my husband & I as soon as we entered. :) As we got to the first person who asked us what we wanted they were very friendly and asked us what we wanted and it continued as we went down the line to the couple other employees that added the toppings to our pizzas and salads.
Each employee took their time to explain to me what I was able to add and was willing to add any topping I wanted. They did not rush me & my indecisive self because there were many toppings & items to chose from. On the contrary they allowed me determine what I exactly wanted.
On our second visit during their lunch rush, it wasn’t as busy and just like the first time they were very welcoming, friendly & willing to help in any way. Everyone was so jovial and friendly from the moment I walked into the store. You can feel it from the moment you walk into the restaurant that it is a great group of people working & a positive environment.
It was such a great experience that I found their store manager Josh & told him how great his employees are.
Thank you for the AWESOME experience! WE WILL SO… BE BACK TO THIS CANYON PARK LOCATION!

This is basically the McDonalds of pizza. Cheap, fast but really nowhere near the same league as Zeeks. They really skimp on the ingredients. There was barely any cheese on any of the three pizzas we ordered.
Staff were nice enough that but will probably not come back unless we want a very fast meal. If want good pizza we will go to Zeeks.

Had a great experience here! Not sure why so many people complain about slow service, it was pretty busy and all the food is made to order. I got a Lucy Sunshine pizza and it was delicious! The staff seemed busy but everyone was friendly and courteous. Overall great trip and I will be back!

Very mediocre. I wouldn’t go here again. Crust so thin it tasted like paper… overcrowded…fast food pizza to say the least. Don’t waste your time.

Not much good to say about our visit here. I’ll give some allowance for a new restaurant usually, but the staff was disorganized and chaotic to the point that other customers didn’t even get their food or received the wrong order. Personally, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for two pizzas when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. The staff seemed frustrated and unwilling to work together or communicate. We didn’t even receive an apology for the wait, and my wife had to actually walk up to the counter and point out that our pizza was sitting there ready to be boxed. We’re usually huge fans of Mod, and were excited to see one opening near our house, but we will gladly continue driving up to Mill Creek for a franchise that knows what they’re doing.

I went during their Grand Opening event and was quite impressed by the organization and efficiency of the staff. For there being 50 some people in front of me, the wait wasn’t bad to get my pizza. As I waited in line, someone came around with samples of their vanilla soft serve, too. Samples were so generous – and I was so hungry for my savory pie – I couldn’t finish and had to toss the rest. There must’ve been 10 people helping make pizzas and they didn’t skimp on the ingredients either. I ate a good lunch with friends, took some photos in the free photo booth (just for that day), and went home with leftovers. Yay.
MOD is a nice addition to the Bothell neighborhood. Pizza-​wise, you can choose from their pre-​selected combination of ingredients or completely customize your own. One flat rate. Same deal with salads. It’s a win-​win situation. Oh and their caramelized pear iced tea is legit.

Disappointed. Have had really great experience at other mod locations, but this one dropped the ball. Put an online order for three pizzas at 5:20 PM for a 6:00 pick up, arrived at 5:50 and had to wait until 6:15 to get the pizzas. The staff seemed unorganized and the whole operation a bit chaotic.
Only thing getting two stars here is the pizza which is as always delicious.
Oh, and a simple sorry for the wait probably would have deserved another star as well.

Disappointing after all the hype. The crust was soggy, the toppings were sparse and the cheese was invisible. One star for speedy service and one more for price. This location is brand new, so maybe the quality will improve over time. We might try it again in a month or so.

So happy MOD came to Bothell. Lots of pizza options from traditional to making your own custom pizza. Pretty fast service cool atmosphere. Thin crust delicious shakes also
