Best florist! Laura is amazing. Absolutely beautiful flowers were delivered to my mom for Mothers Day. I will only use this florist from now on!

Jessica was extremely helpful in attempting to get flowers delivered on the same day! Things didn’t work accordingly within the delivery, but they were so great at following up with me and keeping me updated. I genuinely appreciated their understanding and help when attempting to deliver more than once. It must be difficult to work in this industry, and they have the best customer service considering these obstacles.

Worst florist I’ve ever experienced. The plant was outrageously expensive (over $ 100), the quality you’d expect from a mass merchandiser, not a premium florist (tips of leaves were browned and dry), and was delivered without a care card. When I called the shop to ask for the name of the plant and how to care for it, the person answering the phone couldn’t even tell me how to spell the name of the plant so I could look it up myself. Looking for great florist? Go somewhere else. The only great thing about the florist was the delivery man, who was friendly and cheerful.

Spoke with Laura on ²⁄₂₆ and asked if she could help me out with a special order. Needed a nursery plant for a home sympathy but wanted something that could be planted outside. She not only shopped after hours, but picked out a perfect 3ft Camilla that was perfect for a remembrance garden. Thank you very much for taking good care of my order and providing outstanding customer service.

This is a great florist. I gave them a list of the types of flowers that my wife likes and when I order arrangements all I need to do is tell them how much money I want to spend and they do the rest. I have been ordering from them for several years and have always had good service. As an example, this year my order for my wife’s birthday flowers got lost and did not get delivered when I wanted them to be delivered. When I called them, they said that they would get one to her in the next half an hour. When My wife got the arrangement, it was not up to their normal high quality and my wife was quite disappointed. When I called and let them know the next day, they apologized profusely and said they get a replacement to her right a way. The replacement arrangement was spectacular and up to their normally high standards. I will be using this florist as long as they exist.

I went to North Creek Florist on Halloween to purchase a bouquet of flowers. The owner and her daughter assisted me in putting together a very nice, beautiful bouquet. I recently moved to Bothell, so we had a very pleasant conversation about the area and they made me feel welcome with their friendliness.
This business is definitely a mom-​and-​pop type of place, where customers are valued and appreciated. That’s how I felt anyway. I would certainly go back to them. Their prices are reasonable and they make nice sized bouquets for those reasonable, affordable prices.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my mother who had just undergone cancer surgery. I placed my order 2 weeks in advance. When I tried to pick them up they were so poorly done I could not accept it. The owners daughter was working that day and said that she didn’t know who had made those flowers but they were really ugly and looked like weeds from the back yard. I was so disappointed and upset. They only suggestion was to pick out of the cooler which was all Easter items. Thanks but no thanks. For a profession that has to compete with other floral departments and stores not really the way to do business.

My office group ordered an arrangement for a funeral of a co-​workers mother. $ 100+ We ordered an arrangement on-​line. The photo showed an arrangement with more than 50 stems, very full and colorful. We received a photo of the arrangement that arrived. Less than 25 stems. We phoned the florist who said they substitued other flowers because they didnt have the ones pictured. She said she subsituted with more expensive flowers. The original picture showed roses and daiseys and 3 tall stems.
What was received was 3 gladiolas, half a dozen roses and a handful of purple daiseys and filler flowers. We called and were told they felt they did a good job with the arrangement, and maybe it was tossed around by the funeral home. We were very unhappy with our purchase

I like having fresh flowers all the time and this is the closest florist to my house but unfortunately their selection is not great and the costs are high compared to what you can find at any farmer’s market or even at the nearby Central Market. The shop has more gift/​trinkets than it does flowers.

I just called and spoke with Jessica, trying desperately to find someone to send birthday flowers to my sister while I was across the country in D.C. Their delivery driver had already left for the day, but Jessica graciously offered to deliver the arrangement herself after closing and on her way home! She also took a picture of her products and texted them to us before we paid to make sure we liked it. Who does that anymore? Although the arrangement plus tax & delivery was not cheap– the service and willingness to go above and beyond was worth it to support a local business! I’ll be recommending North Creek to everyone I know! :)
