I can’t believe these guys do not have any reviews on Unilocal because they are fantastic. We re-​sided our house, because we had cedar that was not holding the paint. We had three bids done, but Perdue was slightly less, just slightly but because Tim, the person giving us the bid, was so personable and helped us with some siding questions on the house we were building, we went with Perdue builders. Tim showed up on time and gave us a written estimate.(We did not go with the company which sided our new house, because they made so many mistakes… it is a nightmare what we are going through)
Since we are also building a house, I have delt with lots of crews over the past year and the entire crew and team at Perdue builders is very professional. We have a large house, and it took the crew about 2 weeks to finish the job. They showed up on time, worked until 5 and ALWAYS cleaned up their mess, daily. The owner stopped by once and asked how things were going and out estimator, also showed up several times, and also made sure things were going well.
I am very picky and I know I have gotten on a lot of crews nerves because I am always checking on stuff, but with Perdue Builders, I felt like they were so professional that I did not have to «check up» on things all of the time. That is such a piece of mind!
So the price was right, the crew was professional and easy to work with. The estimator gave us all of the details. Why would you go with anyone else?
