If I could give this place no stars I would. Refusing a public restroom when someone is in clear distress is inexcusable. The fact Shell associates it’s name with the store surprises me, I’ve never been refused service at a Shell facility.

If anything should bump this place up in ratings, it’s that according to the websites and apps that find the cheapest gas in town, this place is always on top.
AND, if you shop at Fred Meyer or QFC, you’ll save a dime to a dollar PER GALLON on your gas purchase if you plug in your store card number. (We just filled up our SUV yesterday and got 90 cents off, saving $ 15…no joke)
It’s a gas station, so come here with that in mind… but I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have always found the people nice and have found whatever I came here for.

DON’T get gas here, unless you want your next purchase to be a new fuel pump. My Audi was running great… Until I filled up here, and less than a mile down the road my fuel pump was clogged up and sounding terrible. What was a $ 40 fill up turned into a $ 1400 repair shop invoice.
