This Place is HORRIBLY managed!!!
When I moved in, a community manager named Julie worked there. She was absolutely fantastic. A new ownership group bought the community and inserted all new management staff. That is where the place went downhill.
Another lady named Julie took over. She is completely clueless. We went month to month after our lease expired. She originially told me that there would only be a $ 50 increase. We paid rent on time, like always. She called me and informed me that our rent was short $ 50. So she told me only a $ 50 increase, in all actuality it was $ 100. No problem. My friend Jenn moved in. She was jacking us around on a referral fee of $ 100!!! Then, when my friend moved in, she raised her rent by $ 100 when it came time to sign paperwork. I would consider this unethical business practice.
Anyways, we were all moved out with one day left to stay there. Both of my roommates and I went in the last day and spent about 6 hours) w/​3 guys) cleaning the place to make sure it was move in ready. A month and a half later, I get a call from a collection agency. We apparently owed them $ 335.17 for cleaning fees that our deposit didn’t cover. They never called me, or sent anything in the mail to me or either of my roommates.
Aside from their unethical business practices, the place’s management SUCKS!!! Their fixtures/​cabinets are also dated and extremely cheap. There was a dead squirrel outside our door for two months, garbage all over the place constantly, and they allowed more than 6 people to live in one aparment on many occasions. As a result, the parking was horrible!!!
The one star is for the cheap rent, however, you totally get what you pay for. Stay away from this place, Trust me, the extra couple hundred dollars a month in rent is TOTALLY worth it!!!
