Went to go to dinner tonight because it was great the last time we went. THEYAREOUTOFGONE. I called to see if they moved and their phone is disconnected.

Sadly, they are out of business now, but when they were open they were super friendly and a great place with a wide variety on the menu.

Truly a gem of a place. It’s a rather quiet restaurant but the food was great! I am a big Thai food fan, having eaten my fair share of it in Thailand, and this place was very good for satisfying those Thai cravings. We shared the spring rolls, which had an excellent peanut sauce. As well as the green curry and the pad thai, which is always a favorite. The curry was rich and flavorful, with the perfect amount of spice. The pad thai was excellent as well, and delivered the tangy flavor I grew to love in Thailand but many places here in the States seem to be lacking. Definitely recommend this place. Dining in was wonderful but I will be sure to take advantage of the delivery option next time around!

Getting even better with more menu offerings now! And they deliver now! It is rather hidden, but it’s the best Thai food in the area and their recipes are all from family. It’s unique because they have a large vegetarian and vegan menu as well as other gems like Moo Yahng.

Used the Unilocal deal on this new place. Had meh expectations and was so pleasantly surprised. Minimalist, clean atmosphere, but very warm. Great pad Thai and I asked for extra egg(there was quite a bit) and the ginger delight was super delicious. I mean wow. Also, the staff were awesome. They even gave me a small cup of cream for the iced coffee I had with me. Will be going back for sure.

Went here last night with the Unilocal,12 for 20 deal. I was definitely happy Unilocal had that deal because otherwise I probably would have never known about this place. I hope more people discover it though, I went at prime dinner time on a Friday night and it only had 2 other tables. I ordered a 2 star chicken red curry and a 2 star chicken pad Thai. The curry was plenty spicy for me, but I’ll get a 3 star pad Thai next time. Both meals had great flavor and they had generous portions. Like I said, I hope more people find this place because it’s great and local Thai food with friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place!

Good: yellow curry. Fresh, good, hot and spicy. Not so good: phat si io was barely warm, and it had very little taste. Strange: the $ 20 for $ 12 deal required me to give my credit card information, address and email to Unilocal. This may have nothing to do with the restaurant though, but… Something I am rather concerned about.

First time in and we will definitely be back. We had Kee Mao and Crispy Garlic Chicken, both were delicious! Loved the variety of fresh veggies and crispy basil. What a great little gem in Bothell!

My third trip to the newly opened Sala thai brought me in because of the groupon deal. I love crab fried rice and they happened to have crab fried rice so of course I was down. However I was REALLY disappointed. For the hefty cost of $ 15.99 for the dish, I was expecting something amazing. I have had CFR at several thai restaurants and while only one amazed me, this was by far the most sub par I have had. I love their phad thai but Thai fried rice is a different ball game. It lacked flavor minus the seemingly higher than the 2 stars I asked for. The crab meat was all lobbed on top in a pile, not mixed in like most other places. Lots of shell bits. The onions were SOOOO strong. And I love onions but the huge slivers of white onion were very intense. The egg oddly enough was also very overpowering. The dish itself just seemed very intense everywhere. The flavors didn’t compliment each other. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from the fried rice and stick with phad Thai. That I think is amazing. But the fried rice and the price for it, too expensive for lack of pleasing flavor. The quantity was nice, quality left more to be desired.

Went for quick lunch on a Sunday. Extensive menu. Strangely, lunch combos are all teriyaki. We had pad ke mao and yellow curry. The pad ke Mao with chicken was skimpy on the chicken and not much flavor. The curry was very good, sweet and spicy with big chunks of potato and tomato and ample beef. There are no spices on any tables which also seems strange, but whatever. Would have been nice to have something to pep up the pad ke Mao. We used a coupon so were not disappointed. A decent place for lunch.

I didn’t care for the food. It was too much coconut milk in my red curry and pad See-Ew was flavorless. I am a bit disappointed.

Great place and more flavorful food than the last occupant. They have updated the furnishings and on my latest visit I noticed they added curtains. It gives it some atmosphere and cuts down on the outside light pouring in during the day! As a welcome to new guests they included spring rolls or a beverage with your order which was nice! The overall flavor is good but I’m still a fan of Rama House in the general area.

This restaurant is better than other Thai places I have been to in this area. I love the Tom yum soup. They make it just right! I forget the name of my order but it was a chicken curry and prawns with vegetables– both tasted really good. The service was okay– not that great and not that bad.

Great little place, kinda hidden from view because it is not right on the Bothell Everett highway. It is behind in the Applebee complex on Canyon Park. Not much of a crowd when we went. The staff was nice and polite. We ordered vegetarian starters and entrees and they were all delicious. We had: — Springrolls — Fried Tofu — Panang Curry — Pad Kee Mao — yakisoba Yakisoba was probably the weakest of the lot but overall, we were very happy.

Went to this restaurant during lunch with my friend at work. We wanted to try this out since it’s new and they have the $ 12 for $ 20 Deal. Here is how I think about Sala Thai: — Service: Friendly and quick. My water cup is always full = 18% tip — Location: not too bad from where i work. Easy to get in and out, plenty of parkings — Price: Decent, a bit high compare to Rama House — Foods: food was good. I got the combo lunch L1: Pad Thai and Teriyaki Chicken. My friend got crispy garlic chicken. Her disk was the bomb. Mine was ok. Their food portion is smaller than Rama House, so if their portion is as big as Rama House, I would give them a 5 stars — Bonus: as grand opening, the lady gave us 2 rolls and 2 gyoza for free. Overall, good :)

We went there during the Grand Opening week. The place is bright, inviting, and simple but nice décor. The food is excellent. We tried pad Thai, green curry, and fried rice, and all the dishes were really that good. We will definitely be back.

Go do yourself a favor and try this place out! You can write a review to thank you me later. Went and looked for an old cheap chinese place to eat but discovered this new place. What a new gem in Bothell! I ordered the sample platter, crispy and spicy cat fish, and baked creamy curry seafood. Forget D-thai across the street. The food here is just simply authentic and mouth-watering. I really do not want this place to get crowded to keep them for myself but I just have to share it. Kudos to the owner! Will be back with my family very soon.

Went looking for the old Fortune Cookie that was in this space before but found something new. I was pretty happy with my to-go order. They were courteous and knew there product. We LOVED the fried pot stickers and crispy spring rolls. There Won Ton soup was good but it just wasn’t the same as the one i loved from Fortune cookie, but i would definitely order it again. We cant wait to try some of the other items on there menu.
