Shell’s Pet Sitting Services

We have been using Shelley Thomas as our pet sitter for about a year. She has always been extremely friendly with my husband and me and very accomodating to our busy schedules. My husband was very hesitant about letting a stranger into our home and after meeting Shelley just once he was relieved to have found somone trustworthy. As for taking care of our 2 cats, our «children», she has gone above and beyond. We were worried about leaving them for a week long trip as they have not done well in boarding situations. Keeping them at home and having Shelley come each day to not only feed them, but take them outside for play time was terrific. It was very comforting when Shelley would send us email updates almost everyday to tell us how things were going. She wrote paragraphs about how they were eating and playing and meeting her at the front door each day. Not only does she take the time to get to know your family, but our home as well. She made note of where the water shutoff was, emergency phone numbers, etc. This also helped in keeping our peace of mind while away from home. We knew that not only were our pets in good hands, but our home was also being carefully watched over.

Shelley is fantastic! She has cared for my cats and dog many times, and we all love having her come over. She gives us updates when we’re gone, and she leaves detailed notes that let me know she really takes the time to get to know my pets’ personalities. Shelley has cats and dogs herself, and she also does rescue work with animals. She is completely trustworthy and has a genuine love for animals. She goes above and beyond what we expect of a good pet sitter. I don’t know what we would do without her!
