Sky Valley Towing

If I could give it no stars I could. The guy who picked my car up smoked a cigarette in it and it coated me 400 bucks to leave it there for less than 24 hours. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and they lied about their prices when I originally asked them. They are cheats and just want your money.

I detest tow companies and my experiences have always been poor. Tony from Sky Valley destroyed all that hate with one call. If drivers were like this guy the industry would be one of the most trusted and liked in the business world My sons truck died in a shopping center lot and after taking the battery to O’reillys to get it checked out we determined it was something worse and needed a tow to a mechanic. I won’t go into the whole story but Tony fixed the problem and saved me hundreds of dollars.

This place is bullshit! The dumb broad working here told me our car was NOT here when I called this MORNING!!! I called 8 tow companies and all of them said they did not have our car. Went to the sheriff’s office and found out that this was in fact, where our car was the whole time!!! The dumb broad told me over the phone after contacting 8 tow companies and the the sheriff’s office (which they confirmed that’s where our car was) that our car came in yesterday EVENING! On the paperwork when we got there it said they had supposedly had it since yesterday MORNING (which they wanted to charge us $ 150 more for, because they were now claiming they had it for a day and ½) Obviously trying to get over on people!!! The trailer home they work out of is as nasty as the scum working there. Had this idiot BROAD done her job right the first time we would have not been charged the 150 for the extra ½ of a day, I had to argue to get 50 bucks off the bill and am still not satisfied because in all reality it was the company“s fault!!! These people take advantage of you. My guess is that this bitch was too lazy to get up and see if our car was there in thetow lot that had maybe 6 cars total besides ours… or she knew she could charge me more and purposely lied about our cars whereabouts this morning so she could charge more after it took me the ½ day just to track it down!

FYI:
If your car is found after it was stolen while out of the state. And the sheriff called to have the car towed here.

$ 375(Plus tax) for Tow fee
plus $ 100/​day for storage.
Go figures.
They said my insurance will pay for This. But I am sure the fee could be much more reasonable than this. No wonder insurance companies treat all claims like scam artists.

Fast, professional and friendly.
Our car was dead, smack dab in the middle of a busy parking lot. We had to move quick to get it out of the way before the after-​work traffic started to come in. I called Sky Valley, they quoted a 20 minute response time and they got there in less than 10 minutes.
The bucket got revived and just when we thought we were set to go, it died again. Luckily, they hadn’t peeled out like a lot of towing trucks do (to get on to the next order $$). We got another jump and they waited to make sure (even giving us tips on the car).
