It was around 2:30 pm today. Went in for some very Berry Hibiscus refresher. Paid for my drink and wait for a long time wondering what ever happened to my drink. Come to find out the cashier forgot to make a written cup for my order. The employee apologize for the cashiers mistake they made me one and did a refund for my drink. This drink I have was on Starbucks. That was cool of them to do that…
Free is good.

Let’s see… men’s bathroom still smells, there is still no «free» WiFi, and this morning the concept of having enough coffee to serve escaped them. With all that said there was a new all time low. The dude walking around giving samples actually gave my 9 year old a sample of french press coffee.

The service here is fast, friendly, and accurate. It is conveniently located inside a grocery store and is within walking distance of a couple hotels.
The ceiling and walls are glass which creates a bright and airy atmosphere within this location. They have a few comfortable leather chairs located near a fireplace and several tables available.
Next time I’m this part town, you will find me here.

Ineffective and slow. I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and it’s always the same. There is always a long line and only one person at the register and one barista. They are always usually slow and not concerned about the line that grows by the minute.
I ordered a soy latte and they made it sans soy. When I notified the barista who was as old as a dinosaur, she rolled her eyes and re/​made it. After another eternity of waiting it was ready.

As much as I love my coffee fix, I hate this location. I only go to this location because its the closest to my work. My shots are always burnt and they always have a line out into the QFC. The barristas are nice at times, but it doesn’t make up for the 15 minute wait! I have complained to corporate many times about how slow this location is but have never received a word back.
My advice is go to the one on thrashers corner, much quicker and better quality drinks.

Love this place they make great coffee and are super friendly, but everytime I go there on my way they never have bagels. Every single day I go there to see if they have bagels and they never do so I have to buy them at QFC. It would be way more convenient if I could get my coffee and my lunch in the same place. Other than that I enjoy coming here on a daily basis to get my coffee, the service is great the people are great and the coffee is great I just wish they had bagels.

Quality of product is mediocre compared to surrounding locations. I’ve had both drip and blended drinks here. On the plus side: The space is large with plenty of seating. On the negative side: Not a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your coffee unless you plug in your headphones. I sat at the furthest spot from the counter (fireplace) and could hear the baristas conversations better than the people right near me. Check into headsets maybe?! I rely on the coffee to get me wired, not the barista.

Not a fan of this location although I find myself here more than I’d like. Doesn’t have a drive-​thru and is always so busy. The staff isn’t very friendly usually and is slow. There are SO many Starbucks in Seattle that I just don’t have to put up with this place unless I’m in a bind and need my fix lol
Plus the lattes I get here just aren’t as good as other locations in my opinion. BUT I’m not a huge coffee drinker even though I’m a Gold card.

This Starbucks is pretty eh. I’ve found the drinks to be inconsistent. Sometimes they’re fine and other times the lattes are not foamed at all, just warmed up with the wand.
I only come here if I am driving through Bothell and don’t have another option.

Typical Starbucks. Fairly fast service even with a line out the door on a busy holiday weekend. Staff medium friendly, but seemed overwhelmed and let it show a bit.
Would suggest taking down customer’s names along with the drink order to avoid confusion when there’s 8 people waiting for their drinks and many people order the same or similar drinks.

I love Starbucks. I go almost daily. But this was my first experience that this location. So needless to say my exceptions are pretty high since Starbucks I know holds very high standards for their locations.
This location is sloooooooooooow. There was a long line that actually lead into QFC. So I was completely prepared to wait a reasonable wait. But this was SO slow I will only give it 1 star. I’m a pretty understanding person and I can completely understand if there is reason for the lag. But there was NO REASON this location was slow. No angry customer, no real big drink orders, no shortage of baristas (there where 6 behind the counter working.)
All I can say is this team seemed to not being working together at all. No one called drink and I had to order at the cashier which was 15 minutes. I asked to have my drinks (3 of them) and put into a drink holder, that I would be right back. (I had to stop back into QFC to pick up a few items.) When I got back, I still had to wait.
WOW.
NEVER. GOING. BACK.

How weird to review a Starbucks, HOWEVER…
I have been to a lot of Starbucks joints that make crappy drip coffee. If my coffee is bad, Ava is sad, and that is no bueno. THIS Starbucks is right down the street from me and has never made a bad cup of drip coffee in my experience. It never tastes burnt or weak. It’s juuuuuust right! Can’t speak on their espresso, as I am strictly a drip coffee kinda gal.
Happy coffee hunting, my fellow addicts!

For me it is very nice to go in and get an ultimate oatmeal along with a coffee. The staff here is very friendly and even though I travel and am not a frequent user of this store, you are still remembered for what you ordered the last time.

Like many Earthlings, I am fortunate to have several choices of Starbucks right next to my work location. I have different reasons for visiting each. This Starbucks is inside the QFC which is by Bartell’s. So when I, on my lunch, want something from Bartell’s and on the rare occassion, QFC, I venture into this Starbucks… but not before looking at my watch. I’ve had some of the longest waits at this Starbucks, for what seems no reason at all. Today I am pleased to say on my visit it was super fast, how odd. I’ve complained on other Starbucks reviews that the drink flavors are always different based on where you go… well this one makes a pretty mean skinny caramel macchiato and a skinny vanilla latte.mmm.

As far as a Starbucks goes, this place is as good as it’s ever going to get. It’s located right beside the QFC supermarket and it’s a nice way to end off your shopping by buying a coffee.
The product is consistently good here and they benefit from having a well-​trained staff.
The staff are unusually pleasant and usually very happy and friendly — even quirky — they actually seem to be having fun which is infectious.
This location is huge and has lots of tables, chairs and a big fireplace.
