To The T Home Inspections

I first met Tyler in 2009 when I attended a home inspection with my buyers on a new construction home that was Tyler had worked with his Dad of Tachell construction to build. It was 2009, so you can imagine, buyers wanted every imaginable item addressed.
At that time I was a team leader for my company and had Tyler speak to our team of Realtors. We were fascinated by what we learned based on his experience as an inspector who grew up building homes.
Since then, my colleagues and I have used Tyler for numerous inspections. Tyler finds things that other inspectors miss. He doesn’t just find problems, he also knows what it will take to fix or maintain the home issue.
At one home Tyler was in the kitchen and said; «I smell rats in the crawl space.» There were rats in the crawl space. An exterminator was called, the hole providing access to the rats was sealed, and that issue was quickly resolved.
I cannot recommend Tyler more. He is such a nice person, I invite him to my client parties where there is normally a line of happy people who used his services, and love getting his opinion.
Tyler is a GREAT inspector, and a very nice person.
