James Harestad is a rock star! He has continually gone the extra mile in helping several members of my family find a home, and sell a home. He’s always patient, happy to answer questions, proactive, knowledgeable, kind, and generous. He’s helped us with on-site property issues when we were too far away to take care of it ourselves, and he even recommended other professional services to me when I was in the market for them. I cannot recommend him enough– he’s a truly great real estate agent but also a great human being, and will treat you like a friend as well as a client.

Brian Coffman was our agent when we purchased a rental property and because we had such a positive experience with him, he was also our agent when we recently bought a home for ourselves. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding investment purchasing which we needed, as my husband and are are novices in this area. I can’t imagine finding an agent who communicates as well as Brian. He responded quickly to all emails and phone calls. He patiently answered our many, many questions and researched information in detail about approximately 20 properties. Brian negotiated frankly amazing deals for us and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of both purchases. We will without hesitation use Mr. Coffman’s services for all future real estates needs.

Frank Sergent & Brian Coffman were in charge of listing & selling our home in 2010⁄11. Nearly spot on when they reviewed the property & so complementary of the investment we’ve put in since 2002($ 90k+). Brian quickly took over, not sure he ever sold a house. My husband & I are both in a competitive technical sales environment and had expectations of a decent sales person. Right off the bat, we were greatly concerned with the lack of skills Brian possessed in Sales 101(ie, listening, intelligent thought, strategy, etc). Heaven-for-bid he actually allowed you to finish a sentence and verify what information is important to the buyer /seller; before rudely interrupting and pushing his point. Brian Coffman litlerally made a deal with the buyer’s agent that had us spending($ 2k) to offset a closet change(of $ 170). He did so without asking our approval. From the moment we inquired about this… he disappeared. Brian Coffman literally did not do ANY work after these conversations including: communicating any further information with buyer’s agents, discuss ANYTHING with us. After making a $ 22k+ commission, he NEVER called to say thank you. The buyers & I planned EVERY transaction after this. Calling all experienced agents… how is Brian Coffman & Frank Sergent still employeed? Frank is just a bully and Brian is passive — aggressive. They made John L Scott look brillant… really. You have soooo many other options. BTW, I asked Brian Coffman for a Windermere agent inSo Cal and he gave me his brother-in-law with Century 21 which had NO experience in Orange County. Just know, if you sign with these men /this company — expect to leave money on the table and that these men are NOT working for you… just themselves. Good luck!
