Great Company! Great Product! Great Customer Service. Clean, fresh, wonderful, easy, reliable… All the good words I can think of! I would totally recommend everyone get one.

I love my biffy. It has lasted years, and gets the job done!

We’ve been using the ‘Biffy’ for many years and I’ll never go back to ‘Dry Toilet Paper’ for a complete clean. I use Toilet Paper but just to dry off but I only use ¼ the amount of paper we use to use. So the savings alone in Toilet Paper make sense. But I’m not just about the savings, the clean that I go away with is comforting and makes me feel confident. It’s hard to tell people about this ‘sensitive’ issue, BUT when we could we told anyone that seemed interested, I even convinced many of my friends to purchase and use this product. It’s a CLEANER more efficient way, uses the right amount of water and is very hygienic. If you buy I hope my Review help you decide, it’s an Excellent Product and I’m not sure why everyone doesn’t have a Biffy.

While I’ve found their customer service (phone) to be very responsive, the Universal Biffy product they are currently selling is junk.
My first one started leaking after a month. I returned the unit and they «repaired» it (after telling me that it’s all glued together and can’t be repaired). We used the repaired one three times before it started leaking worse than before. They sent me a new one (even before I returned the old one). We used the new one also three times before it started spraying water everywhere.
I’m thru with them. Maybe you can gamble that you won’t get water damage to your property from this product, but I can’t.

Poor Customer Service. Did not respond to emails, only after calling and being placed on hold did I find the reason that I had not received my order was that it was on backorder.
This backorder notice was not on the website when they happily took my money and was not sent to me when they confirmed my order. I only received a «your order has been completed» email in my box and expected my order to be sent in timely manner.
They obviously don’t care about customer service here.

I have purchased two Biffys. My husband and my six year old daughter both love them. I have personally been using the Biffy for over 13 years, and I cant’t live without it! Great product that I always recommend to family and friends!

Terrible, terrible customer service. Ordered an item on July 4^th. I called Biffy since my order hadn’t gotten to me yet (July 15). Here what happened:
1) Call to Biffy. The rep told me that item not been sent yet.
2) Biffy said item could ship today however it would take at least 2 – 3 days to get here.
3) Biffy e-​mails back stating that item actually was shipped out about 10 days ago by FedEX.
4) Connected to FedX site. item is on East Coast somewhere, and they don’t know when it will be delivered.
5) Called company for help, rep said I should call FedEx on my own.
6) I am finding another company that manufactures same type of bidet product.
