Love this BofA, small town friendly, and the tellers are very friendly and equally efficient. Bank was busy, and we were all approached by a very helpful manager that offered to assist us with ATM usage. The line did move along swiftly, as Michelle dealt very courteously with each of her clients. I did notice that a lot of her senior guests apparently wanted to engage her in «chatter», and she did try to keep things kindly moving along.

Being a resident of this city, I’ve gone to the branch several times trying to give it a chance. A few of those times the tellers are so non-attentive. At one point, she told me why don’t I go to the ATM to take care of the transaction. I said, if you say that to every customer, you’ll be out of a job. Which wouldn’t be a bad thing. I will drive the extra 15 min. to the B of A in Henderson on Heather Ridge where they go out of their way to help you. Boulder City employees should go there for training.

This bank is terrible and the manager thinks she is all that and a bag of chips. Service is slow the employees act like they are better than you and the policies of the bank are archaic.

When trying to pay e bills on android it takes up to 5 days for recipient to get payment. Why can’t it be immediate? Oh well back to physically going into the bank to make a payment. Very bad
