Traveling from Ohio, needed care not eligible for the emergency room. Lucked out and found this place. Staff was friendly and professional, facilities were immaculate. They worked on and cleared my ear blockage 100%. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this care facility to anyone.

I’ve been to this location if you times and the doctors have always been amazing. However the office staff are incredibly rude. My co-​pay was $ 20 the last few times I went and this time when I went it they wanted to charge me $ 75. It’s very apparent that this location is only concerned with the co-​pay versus the care of their patients that have been going there since they opened. I will never be back to this location and instead will drive down to Henderson for quick care rather than going to this place.

From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was kind and professional. Leslie in the front office made me smile often, and Cody had one of the best bedside manners I’ve received by a medical professional, he took my concerns seriously, was non-​alarmist yet explained everything thoroughly to me and answered my questions without rushing or making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. I feel confident I received excellent medical care and attention from him and the staff, better than what I have received from a primary healthcare provider. I would return again and recommend Physicians Urgent Care to those I care about. Thank you, Leslie and Cody.
