Roto-Rooter Plumbing

We just moved into a rental and the water heater went out. We noticed it leaking in our garage around midnight Saturday night. We drained the water heater and waited to call Roto Rooter until today (Monday) so that it wouldn’t be an emergency call. We went online and set an appointment for between 2−4pm and the plumber was promptly at our house around 2pm and stayed until around 7pm to make sure the job was done, and done right. He was really friendly and explained to us what was going on, what type of heater we had, etc. It is always nice when someone from another trade educates you a little bit on the problem so you can be a little bit more knowledgeable on the product. He had to run to Lowe’s twice to get two different pieces — again, made sure that he did the job right. Overall, we were very pleased with the promptness, professionalism, and the ease on our part of dealing with a plumber as rental tenants. Roto Rooter was flexible, understanding, and patient with the payment process and we appreciated their service today! Our kids especially enjoyed a nice hot bath after a long weekend without working hot water:)
